山东财经大学燕山学院学士学位论文我国金融业利用外资的发展现状、问题及对策摘要近年来,我国金融服务业发展非常迅速,已经形成了相对来说比较完整的金融服务体系,它是以银行、证券、保险、信托服务为主体、其他相关金融服务为补充的服务体系。随着我国金融市场的不断开放，金融服务贸易在我国国民经济中占有重要的地位。外商直接投资的流入对我国金融业的发展产生了积极的推进作用，但是，近些年却对我国的经济持续稳定增长产生了一系列负面影响，主要是由外资结构、规模的不合理尤其是短期资本的大量流入的原因所导致的。在当今金融全球化发展迅速、金融危机频繁发生的前提下，我们必须加快建设有中国特色社会主义的金融事业并进行不断的改革和完善，同时我们还要对金融实行渐进的开放，并稳步地推进金融机构改革，对人民币汇率形成机制进行不断的完善，建立稳定的金融风险预警体系，从而对维护我国的金融安全，高效利用外资提供可靠金融保证。本篇论文主要分析了我国金融服务业利用外资的发展现状以及存在的问题,并给出了改善的对策。关键词：外商直接投资(FDI)；金融业；问题；对策Useofforeigncapitalinourcountrydevelopmentpresentsituation,problemsandcountermeasuresABSTRACTInrecentyears,thefinancialservicesindustryinChinaisdevelopingveryrapidly,hasformedinthebanking,securities,insurance,trustservicesasthemainbody,otherrelatedfinancialservicestocomplement,relativelycompletefinancialservicesystem.WiththeopeningofChina'sfinancialmarkets,financialservicetradeinChinaoccupiesanimportantpositioninnationaleconomy.ForeigndirectinvestmentinflowstothedevelopmentofChina'sfinancialindustryhasapositiveroleinpromoting,but,onChina'ssustainableeconomicgrowthinrecentyearsandaseriesofnegativeeffects,mainlybythestructureofforeigninvestment,thescaleisnotreasonable,especiallythecauseoftheshort-termcapitalinflows.Intoday'sfinancialglobalizationisdevelopingrapidly,thefinancialcrisisunderthepremiseoffrequent,wemustspeeduptheconstructionofsocialismwithChinesecharacteristicsandcauseoffinancialcontinuouslyreformandperfect,wealsohavetoofgradualopeningtothefinance,andsteadilypromotethereformoffinancialinstitutions,toconstantlyimprovetheRMBexchangerateformationmechanism,setupastablefinancialriskearlywarningsystem,tomaintainChina'sfinancialsecurity,efficientuseofforeigncapitaltoprovidereliablefinancialguarantee.Thispapermainlyanalyzesthepresentsituationofforeigndirectinvestmentinthefinancialservicesindustrydevelopmentinourcountryandexistingproblem,andgivesthecountermeasuresofimprovement.Keywords：Foreigndirectinvestment;financial;problem;countermeasures目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc416
