摘要开放式炼胶机，是一种古老的橡胶塑料加工设备。早在19世纪就出现了人力带动的炼胶机。本设计中的双辊筒开炼机于1826年应用在橡胶加工生产中，至今已有180多年的历史了.我国设计制造大型开炼机始于1956年，五十多年来，开炼机设计和制造水平有了很大提高。到目前为止，国产开炼机已成为系列，并完成部分规格的定型设计。开炼机并没有因为许多新型炼胶设备的出现而被淘汰。而是随着我国橡胶工业和塑料工业的迅速发展，以及橡塑并用的推广而日益完善。这是因为开炼机有着它本身的独到之处。即:结构简单、成本低、易操作、易观察，更换物料时清理方便，适用于小批量，多品种的加工生产等。这些特点都可以从本设计中看到。本设计主要是辊筒和减速器的结构设计。关键词：开炼机；辊筒；减速器。AbstractTheopentyperefinemachine,isanancientrubberplasticstoprocesstheequipments.Asearlyas19centuriesappearedthemanpowertherefinegumthatarousethemachine.Doubleinthisdesignhistoryforapplicationproducingtheinside,uptonowalreadyhaveformorethan180years.China'sdesignandmanufactureoflargemillbeganin1956,50years,milldesignandmanufacturinghasbeengreatlyimproved.Sofar,domesticmillhasbecomeaseries,andcompletedpartofthedesigntypespecifications.Millandnotbecauseoftheemergenceofmanynewrubbermixingequipmentwereeliminated.Instead,asChina'srubberindustryandplasticsindustryisdevelopingrapidly,andtherubberandthepromotionoftheuseofincreasinglysophisticated.Thisisbecausethemillhasitsownuniqueness.Namely:simplestructure,lowcost,easytooperate,easytoobserve,whentheclean-upeasyreplacementofmaterials,suitableforsmallquantityandvarietyofprocessingandproduction.Thesefeaturescanbeseenfromthedesign.Thisdesignismainlythestructureoftherollerandgeardesign.Keywords:mill;roller;reducer.窗体顶端窗体顶端
