冬季防寒服装的开口结构设计研究的中期报告【摘要】本报告针对冬季防寒服装的开口结构进行研究，分析了现有设计的优缺点，并提出了改进方案。通过对不同面料、衬里、填充物的选用和开口部分的剪裁、设计方式进行实验和测试，得出了优化方案并进行了样品制作和实际测试。结果表明，采用特殊材料制作的开口边缘能够有效地防止寒风侵入，同时保持透气性，满足运动员使用需求。此外，采用拉链加扣带的闭合方式，使得衣服的紧密度得到提高，有效减少了热量流失。此方案在实验中获得了良好的效果并通过了现场测试，可为冬季防寒服装的设计提供一定的参考。【关键词】冬季防寒服装；开口结构设计；优化方案；特殊材料；闭合方式【Abstract】Inthisreport,weconductedresearchontheopeningstructureofwinterwarmclothing,analyzedtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofexistingdesigns,andproposedimprovementproposals.Throughexperimentsandtestingontheselectionofdifferentfabrics,linings,fillers,cuttingoftheopeningpart,anddesignmethods,weobtainedoptimizedsolutionsandcarriedoutsampleproductionandactualtesting.Theresultsshowthattheopeningedgemadeofspecialmaterialscaneffectivelypreventcoldwindfromenteringwhilemaintainingbreathability,meetingtheneedsofathletes.Inaddition,theclosuremethodofzipperandbucklebandincreasesthetightnessoftheclothingandeffectivelyreducesheatloss.Thisschemehasachievedgoodresultsinexperimentsandpassedon-sitetesting,providingsomereferenceforthedesignofwinterwarmclothing.【Keywords】Winterwarmclothing;openingstructuredesign;optimizationproposal;specialmaterial;closuremethod
