高分子炭黑复合材料流变行为-导电功能的相关性研究的综述报告AbstractPolymercarbonblackcompositeshavebeenwidelystudiedasaconductivematerialduetotheirgoodelectricalandthermalproperties.Understandingtherheologicalbehaviorofpolymercarbonblackcompositesiscrucialfordesigningandprocessingsuchmaterials.Inthisreview,wesummarizerecentresearchontherheologicalbehaviorofpolymercarbonblackcomposites,withafocusontherelationshipbetweentherheologyandtheconductivityofthematerials.Wealsodiscusssomefuturedirectionsforresearchinthisarea.IntroductionPolymercarbonblackcompositesareaclassofmaterialsthatarewidelyusedinavarietyofapplicationssuchasconductivecoatings,electromagneticinterferenceshieldingmaterials,andbatteryelectrodes.Theexcellentelectricalconductivityofcarbonblack,combinedwiththeflexibilityandprocessabilityofpolymers,makesthesecompositesparticularlyattractiveforsuchapplications.Theconductivityofpolymercarbonblackcompositesdependsonvariousfactors,includingthecarbonblackcontent,theparticlesizeanddistribution,thepolymermatrix,andtheprocessingconditions.Therefore,understandingtheeffectofthesefactorsontheconductivityandtherheologyofthecompositesisimportantfordesigningandprocessingsuchmaterials.RheologicalBehaviorofPolymerCarbonBlackCompositesTherheologicalbehaviorofpolymercarbonblackcompositesisinfluencedbyvariousfactorssuchasthecarbonblackcontent,theparticlesizeanddistribution,andthepolymermatrix.Therheologicalpropertiesofpolymercarbonblackcompositesaremeasuredusingtechniquessuchasdynamicrheology,steady-stateshear,andoscillatoryshear.Studiesontherheologicalbehaviorofpolymercarbonblackcompositeshaveshownthatthecompositesexhibitnon-Newtonianflowbehavior,whichcanbemodeledusingthepower-laworHerschel-Bulkleymodel.Thedegreeofnon-Newtonianbehaviorincreaseswithincreasingcarbonblackcontentanddecreasingparticlesize.Therheologicalbehaviorofpolymercarbonblackcompositesisalsoaffectedbytheprocessingconditions,suchasthemixingmethod,themixingtime,thetemperature,andtheshearrate.Ithasbeenshownthattheelectricalconductivityo
