Nb及Nb、B微合金化430铁素体不锈钢织构及成形性能的综述报告一、引言430ferriticstainlesssteeliswidelyusedinvariousfieldsduetoitsexcellentcorrosionresistance,thermalstability,andrelativelylowcost.However,traditional430ferriticstainlesssteelhaslowstrengthandpoorformability,whichlimitsitsapplicationinstructuralcomponents.Therefore,itisessentialtoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesof430stainlesssteeltoexpanditsapplicationscope.NbandBmicroalloyingisaneffectivemethodtoimprovethestrengthandformabilityofferriticstainlesssteel.Inthisreport,wewillreviewthemicrostructureandformingperformanceofNbandBmicroalloyed430ferriticstainlesssteel.二、Nb微合金化Nbisacommonelementusedtorefinethegrainsizeofsteel,anditcanimprovethestrengthandtoughnessofsteel.AddingNbto430stainlesssteelcanformNbCprecipitates,whichcaneffectivelyrefinethegrainsizeofferriticstainlesssteel.Researchshowsthatadding0.03-0.04%Nbcansignificantlyrefinethegrainsizeof430stainlesssteelandimproveitsstrengthandformability.Jae-heeLeeetal.[1]investigatedtheeffectofNbmicroalloyingonthemechanicalpropertiesof430ferriticstainlesssteel.TheresultsshowedthattheadditionofNbreducedthegrainsizeofthematerial,resultinginahigheryieldstrengthandelongationthanunalloyed430stainlesssteel.Moreover,theimprovedstrengthdidnotsacrificetheductilityofthematerial,indicatingtheexcellentformabilityofNbmicroalloyed430stainlesssteel.三、B微合金化Bisaneffectiveelementtoimprovetheformabilityofsteelduetoitsabilitytosegregatetograinboundariesandreducetheintergranularbrittleness.AddingBcanrefinethecrystalstructureofferriticstainlesssteel,promotetheself-annealingofthematerialduringtheformingprocess,andreducetheformingresistance.HuaZhangetal.[2]studiedtheeffectofBmicroalloyingonthemicrostructureandformingperformanceof430ferriticstainlesssteel.Theresultsshowedthatadding0.005%Bcanrefinethegrainsizeofthesteelandenhancetheformabilityofthematerial.Thetensilestrengthandelongationwereimprovedby19%and40%,respectively,comparedtotheunalloyedmaterial.Moreover,theBmicroalloyedmaterialshowedexcellentdeepdrawingpe
