X-Strain技术评价低钙透析液对血液透析患者颈动脉形变能力的早期影响的开题报告Title:TheEarlyEffectsofLow-CalciumDialysateonNeckArteryDistensibilityofHemodialysisPatients:AnX-StrainTechnologyEvaluationIntroduction:Hemodialysis(HD)patientshaveahighprevalenceofarterialstiffnessandcardiovasculardisease(CVD),whicharemajorcausesofmorbidityandmortalityinthispopulation.Previousstudieshaveshownthathigh-calciumdialysate(HCD)couldexacerbatearterialcalcificationandstiffnessinHDpatients.Therefore,low-calciumdialysate(LCD)hasbeenrecommendedforpatientsathighriskofCVD.However,theeffectofLCDonarterialdistensibilityhasnotbeenwellstudied.X-strainisanemergingultrasoundtechniquethatcanaccuratelyassessarterialdistensibility,whichisasensitiveindicatorofarterialstiffness.Thus,thisstudyaimstoevaluatetheearlyeffectsofLCDonarterialdistensibilityusingX-straintechnologyinHDpatients.Methods:Thisstudywillbearandomizedcrossovertrialinvolving30HDpatientswhowillbeallocatedtoeitherHCDorLCDfor4weekseach,witha4-weekwashoutperiodbetweenthetwophases.Arterialdistensibilityofthecommoncarotidartery(CCA)andinternalcarotidartery(ICA)willbeevaluatedusingX-strainbeforeandaftereachphase.ExpectedResults:ItishypothesizedthatLCDwillimprovearterialdistensibilityoftheCCAandICAcomparedwithHCD,indicatingreducedarterialstiffnessassociatedwithLCD.TheresultsofthisstudymayprovideevidencefortheuseofLCDinHDpatientstopreventandmanageCVD.Conclusion:ThisstudywillevaluatetheearlyeffectsofLCDonarterialdistensibilityofHDpatientsusingX-straintechnology.TheresultsmayprovideinsightintotheoptimaldialysatecalciumconcentrationandcontributetothepreventionandmanagementofCVDinHDpatients.
