中国人活体耻骨肌孔形态的临床研究的开题报告Title:ClinicalstudyonthemorphologyofthepubicsymphysisinChinesepeopleBackground:Thepubicsymphysisisajointlocatedinthefrontofthepelviswherethetwohalvesofthepelvicbonesmeet.Thepubicsymphysisisanimportantanatomicalstructurethatplaysasignificantroleinthestabilityandmobilityofthepelvis.Thepubicsymphysisisdividedintotwoparts,thesuperiorandinferiorpubicsymphysis,byafibrocartilagedisc.Theinferiorpubicsymphysisisacrucialsiteforsurgicalprocedures,suchaslaparotomy,herniarepair,andbladdersuspension.Thepubicsymphysisisalsoanimportantlandmarkfororthopedicsurgery,especiallyincasesinvolvinghipreplacementandpelvicreconstruction.Despiteitsimportance,limitedresearchhasbeenconductedonthemorphologyofthepubicsymphysisinChinesepeople.Themorphologyofthepubicsymphysisvariesamongdifferentpopulationsduetogeneticdiversity,environmentalfactors,andlifestyles.Therefore,itiscrucialtoconductaclinicalstudytoinvestigatethemorphologyofthepubicsymphysisinChinesepeople.Aim:TheaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatethemorphologyofthepubicsymphysisinChinesepeople.Objectives:1.ToanalyzethemorphologyofthepubicsymphysisinChinesepeopleusingimagingtechniques,suchascomputedtomography(CT)andmagneticresonanceimaging(MRI).2.TocomparethemorphologyofthepubicsymphysisbetweenmaleandfemaleChineseindividuals.3.Toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenthemorphologyofthepubicsymphysisandage,height,weight,andbodymassindex(BMI)inChineseindividuals.4.ToassessthepotentialclinicalimplicationsofthemorphologyofthepubicsymphysisinChineseindividuals.Methodology:Thisstudywillbearetrospectivecross-sectionalstudy.ThestudypopulationwillconsistofChineseindividualswhounderwentCTorMRIscansforvariousmedicalreasons,suchasabdominalpain,renalstones,andpelvicfractures,between2015and2020.Thesamplesizewillbedeterminedbasedonapoweranalysis.Imageanalysissoftwarewillbeusedtomeasurethefollowingparametersofthepubicsymphysis:anteroposteriordiameter,superoinferiordiameter,pubicangle,symphysealcleftwidth,andsymphysealdiscthickness.The
