FAF1在人胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义的开题报告摘要：FAF1是一种协同作用的细胞因子，其在细胞生成以及自噬通路中有关键作用。最近的研究发现FAF1也与多种癌症的发生发展有关。然而，对于FAF1与人胃癌的关联尚未有深入的探究。本研究旨在探讨FAF1在人胃癌中的表达及其与临床疗效的相关性。通过检测人胃癌组织与正常组织中FAF1的表达水平，我们发现FAF1在人胃癌组织中的表达显著低于正常组织，且低表达的FAF1与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移呈负相关。此外，低表达的FAF1也预示着预后的不良。总之，本研究揭示了FAF1在人胃癌中的表达变化及其与临床疗效的相关性，为临床治疗和预后评估提供了新的参考。关键词：FAF1；人胃癌；表达水平；临床意义Abstract:FAF1isasynergisticcytokinethatplaysakeyroleincellgenerationandautophagypathways.RecentstudieshavefoundthatFAF1isalsorelatedtotheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofmultiplecancers.However,therehasbeennoin-depthexplorationoftherelationshipbetweenFAF1andhumangastriccancer.ThisstudyaimstoexploretheexpressionofFAF1inhumangastriccanceranditscorrelationwithclinicalefficacy.BydetectingtheexpressionlevelsofFAF1inhumangastriccancerandnormaltissues,wefoundthattheexpressionofFAF1inhumangastriccancertissueswassignificantlylowerthanthatinnormaltissues,andlowexpressionofFAF1wasnegativelycorrelatedwiththedegreeoftumordifferentiation,invasiondepth,andlymphnodemetastasis.Inaddition,lowexpressionofFAF1alsoindicatedpoorprognosis.Insummary,thisstudyrevealedtheexpressionchangesofFAF1inhumangastriccanceranditscorrelationwithclinicalefficacy,providingnewreferenceforclinicaltreatmentandprognosisevaluation.Keywords:FAF1;humangastriccancer;expressionlevel;clinicalsignificance
