Eu3+掺杂锡锑中间层TiPbO2电极的制备及性能研究的开题报告Title:PreparationandPerformanceStudyofEu3+-dopedTiPbO2ElectrodeswithSn/SbInterlayerIntroduction:Inthefieldofoptoelectronics,TiO2hasbeenwidelyusedasaphotoanodeindye-sensitizedsolarcells(DSSCs)duetoitsgoodstabilityandconductionproperties.However,TiO2stillhassomelimitations,suchasnarrowlightabsorptionrangeandlowphotocurrentdensity.Toovercomethesedrawbacks,researchhasfocusedondevelopingnewphotoanodematerialswithbetterperformance.Recently,Pb-basedphotoanodeshaveemergedaspromisingmaterialsforDSSCsduetotheirwidelightabsorptionrangeandhighphotocurrentdensity.TiPbO2isonesuchmaterialthathasexhibitedhighphotoelectrochemical(PEC)performance.However,thelowchargecarriermobilityandrecombinationrateofTiPbO2limititspracticalapplications.ToenhancethePECperformanceofTiPbO2,itisnecessarytomodifythematerialwithsuitabledopantsandinterlayers.Inthisproject,weproposetoprepareEu3+-dopedTiPbO2electrodeswithaSn/Sbinterlayerandstudytheirperformance.Objectives:Theobjectivesofthisprojectare:1.TosynthesizeEu3+-dopedTiPbO2electrodeswithSn/Sbinterlayerusingasol-gelmethod.2.Tocharacterizethestructural,optical,andelectrochemicalpropertiesofthesynthesizedelectrodesusingtechniquessuchasXRD,SEM,UV-Vis-NIRspectroscopy,andelectrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy(EIS).3.ToevaluatethePECperformanceofthesynthesizedelectrodesusingathree-electrodesystemundersimulatedsunlight.4.ToanalyzetheeffectsofEu3+dopingandSn/SbinterlayerontheperformanceofTiPbO2.5.TocomparetheperformanceofthesynthesizedelectrodeswiththatofbareTiPbO2electrodesandotherreportedmaterials.Methodology:Thefollowingstepswillbecarriedoutinthisproject:1.SynthesisofTiPbO2:TiPbO2willbesynthesizedusingasol-gelmethodbyreactingtitaniumtetrachloride(TiCl4)andleadnitrate(Pb(NO3)2)withtitaniumisopropoxide(Ti(OC3H7)4)andleadacetate(Pb(CH3COO)2)inthepresenceofacetylacetoneandethanol.2.Eu3+doping:Eu3+willbeintroducedintotheTiPbO2latticebyaddingapreciseamountofeuropiumnitrate(Eu(NO3)3)totheTiPbO2solbeforecalcination.3
