不同留茬高度对四合木生长及生理生化特性的影响研究的开题报告【摘要】四合木是一种重要的生态经济树种，但在生产过程中，为了方便采摘果实，会将树枝修剪为不同的留茬高度。本研究旨在探究不同留茬高度对四合木生长及生理生化特性的影响，为四合木生长管理提供科学依据。本研究将选择同一品种、同一生长环境的四合木树苗，分为不同留茬高度组，分别为25cm、50cm、75cm和100cm。通过对四合木树苗的生物量、光合特性、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量等多个生理生化指标进行测定，分析不同留茬高度对四合木的影响，并探究留茬高度与各指标之间的关系。预期结果：留茬高度对四合木生长及生理生化特性有显著影响。高留茬会导致光合作用受抑制，叶面积下降；低留茬则会导致生长不足。综合分析各指标，建议选择50-75cm留茬高度作为四合木养护管理的最佳方案。【关键词】四合木；留茬高度；生理生化特性；生长管理；养护管理【Abstract】Fourjointrootsisanimportantecologicalandeconomictreespecies.However,intheprocessofproduction,tofacilitatethepickingoffruit,thebrancheswillbeprunedtodifferentstubbleheights.Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheeffectofdifferentstubbleheightsonthegrowthandphysiologicalandbiochemicaltraitsoffourjointroots,andtoprovideascientificbasisforfourjointrootsgrowthmanagement.Inthisstudy,thesamespeciesandthesamegrowthenvironmentofthefourjointrootsseedlingswillbeselectedanddividedintogroupsofdifferentstubbleheights,whichare25cm,50cm,75cmand100cm,respectively.Bymeasuringthebiomass,photosyntheticcharacteristics,chlorophyllcontent,malondialdehydecontentandotherphysiologicalandbiochemicalindicatorsoffourjointrootseedlings,wewillanalyzetheeffectofdifferentstubbleheightsonfourjointroots,andexploretherelationshipbetweenstubbleheightandeachindex.Expectedresults:StubheighthasasignificanteffectonthegrowthandphysiologicalandbiochemicaltraitsofFourjointroots.Highstubswillcauseinhibitionofphotosynthesisandreductionofleafarea,whilelowstubswillcauseinsufficientgrowth.Comprehensiveanalysisofvariousindicatorssuggeststhat50-75cmofstubbleheightisthebestoptionforfourjointrootsconservationmanagement.【Keywords】Fourjointroots;stubheight;physiologicalandbiochemicaltraits;growthmanagement;conservationmanagement
