<各专业完整优秀毕业论文设计图纸2014届分类号:单位代码:10452毕业论文（设计）环保灌木修剪机的设计姓名学号年级专业系（院）指导教师2014年3月30日摘要园林绿化机械大多数是在农业机械的基础上发展来的,生产的产品不多,标准单一,难以满足社会的需要。因此随着经济的发展,城市建设的繁荣,园林绿化机械产品的需求量也必然会增多。目前各地使用的园林绿化机械,国内产品少,正引进一批国外的产品,以弥补国内园林绿化机械的不足。同时也为我国发展园林绿化机械提供了参考依据。良好的环境，合理的生态系统，是人类赖以生存和发展的不可缺少的摇篮和襁褓。随着生活水平的提高，人们对生活环境的要求也越来越高，灌木在城市道路和园林绿化中也占有重要地位。国内外对小型灌木修剪机的研究，主要集中在对单缸汽油机为动力的手持式油锯和手动修剪剪等园艺剪枝器具，研究的主要方面在于如何提高其刀具的使用寿命上（如材料、刀刃的寿命等），而对电动器具的研究与开发则少有开展，2002年有报道陕西省韩城市建设局园林绿化技术人员研制成功电动推走式灌木修剪机，但该机使用220V电源，需要外接交流电源。因此，设计一种依靠蓄电池提供能源、由直流电动机驱动连续成形修剪的新型灌木修剪机来代替由单缸汽油机驱的灌木修剪机，用以克服上述缺点，其应用前景非常看好。关键词：电动；环保；园林绿化机械ABSTRACTGardeningmachinerymostisdevelopedonthebasisofagriculturalmachinery,factoryproductionofforestryproducts,specifications,single,hardtomeettheneedsofallparties.Sowiththedevelopmentofsocialeconomy,urbanconstructionprogressesdaybyday,demandforlandscapingofmechanicalproductsisboundtoincrease.Aroundtheuseoflandscapingmachineryatpresent,domesticproducts,aretheintroductionofanumberofforeignproducts,inordertomakeupfortheinadequacyofdomesticlandscapemachinery.Alsotoprovidereferentialbasisforthedevelopmentoflandscapingmachineryinourcountry.Goodenvironment,reasonableecologicalsystem,isindispensabletohumansurvivalanddevelopmentofthecradleandinfant.Withtheimprovementoflivingstandards,peoplelivingenvironmentisbecomingmoreandmorehigh.Hedgeintheurbanroadsandlandscapingalsooccupiesanimportantposition.Forsmallhedgepruningmachineathomeandabroad,mainlyfocusonthesinglecylindergasolineenginepoweredhandheldchainsawandthemanualpruningshearsgardenpruningtools,themainaspectsofthestudyistohowtoimprovetheservicelifeofthecutteron(suchasmaterials,theservicelifeoftheblade,etc.),whiletheresearchanddevelopmentforelectricappliance,rarereportsofEnvironmentalprotectionin2002Koreancityconstructionbureaulandscapingtechnicalstaffdevelopedelectricawayhedgepruningmachine,butthemachineuse220Vpowersupply,needanexternalacpower.Therefore,designakindofrelyingonthebatterytoprovideenergy,drivenbyadcmotorcontinuous
