县级卫生监督机构建设评价指标体系研究的中期报告摘要：县级卫生监督机构是国家卫生监督系统的重要组成部分，对加强卫生监督管理、促进卫生事业发展具有重要作用。本研究旨在构建适合县级卫生监督机构评价的指标体系，从机构设置、职能定位、人员构成、技术能力、协作配合等方面进行分析和探讨。初步设计了包括18个一级指标和49个二级指标的指标体系，在实践应用中反映了一定的实用性和可行性。但是，在应用过程中也发现了一些问题，如指标数过多、指标权重不明确等，需要进一步完善和调整。关键词：县级卫生监督机构，评价指标体系，一级指标，二级指标，实用性，可行性Abstract:Thecounty-levelhealthsupervisionagencyisanimportantpartofthenationalhealthsupervisionsystem,whichplaysanimportantroleinstrengtheninghealthsupervisionandmanagementandpromotingthedevelopmentofthehealthindustry.Thepurposeofthisstudyistoconstructanevaluationindexsystemsuitableforcounty-levelhealthsupervisionagencies,andanalyzeanddiscussitfromaspectssuchasorganizationalstructure,functionalpositioning,personnelcomposition,technicalability,andcooperation.Apreliminarydesignoftheindexsystemwascreated,including18primaryindicatorsand49secondaryindicators,whichshowedacertaindegreeofpracticalityandfeasibilityinpracticalapplication.However,someproblemswerealsodiscoveredintheapplicationprocess,suchastoomanyindicatorsandunclearindicatorweights,whichneedtobefurtherimprovedandadjusted.Keywords:county-levelhealthsupervisionagency,evaluationindexsystem,primaryindicators,secondaryindicators,practicality,feasibility
