P(AM-NIPAM-NPA)聚合物的合成及溶液性能研究的开题报告Title:SynthesisandsolutionpropertiesofP(AM-NIPAM-NPA)polymerIntroduction:Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)exhibitsauniquepropertyoftemperaturesensitivity,whereitundergoesareversiblesol/geltransitionatalowercriticalsolutiontemperature(LCST).Thispropertyhasdrawngreatattentioninvariousfields,suchasdrugdelivery,tissueengineering,andwatertreatment.However,PNIPAMalonedoesnotpossesssufficientmechanicalstrength,whichlimitsitsapplicationsinbiomedicalandenvironmentalfields.CopolymerizationwithothermonomersisapromisingstrategytoenhancethemechanicalpropertiesofPNIPAM.Inthisproject,weaimtosynthesizeacopolymerofacrylamide(AM),NIPAM,andN-phenylmaleimide(NPA),denotedasP(AM-NIPAM-NPA),andstudyitssolutionproperties.Objectives:1.SynthesizetheP(AM-NIPAM-NPA)copolymerusingfreeradicalpolymerization.2.CharacterizethecopolymerstructureusingFourier-transforminfrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy.3.Investigatethetemperature-sensitivebehaviorofP(AM-NIPAM-NPA)inaqueoussolution.4.Evaluatethemechanicalpropertiesofthecopolymerfilm.Methodology:1.P(AM-NIPAM-NPA)copolymerwillbesynthesizedviafreeradicalpolymerizationusingAM,NIPAM,andNPAmonomers.2.ThecopolymerstructurewillbecharacterizedusingFT-IRspectroscopy.3.Thetemperature-sensitivebehaviorofP(AM-NIPAM-NPA)inaqueoussolutionwillbeevaluatedbymeasuringthetransmittanceofthesolutionatdifferenttemperaturesusingaUV-Visspectrophotometer.4.Themechanicalpropertiesofthecopolymerfilmwillbedeterminedbytensiletesting.Expectedoutcomes:1.SuccessfulsynthesisoftheP(AM-NIPAM-NPA)copolymerwithdesiredproperties.2.ConfirmationofthecopolymerstructureusingFT-IRspectroscopy.3.Temperature-dependentsol/geltransitionbehaviorofP(AM-NIPAM-NPA)insolution.4.ImprovedmechanicalpropertiesofthecopolymerfilmcomparedtoPNIPAMalone.Significance:TheP(AM-NIPAM-NPA)copolymerhasthepotentialtobeusedinbiomedicalandenvironmentalapplicationsduetoitstemperature-sensitivebehaviorandimprovedmechanicalproperties.Thefindingsofthisstudywillcontributetothede
