Bcl-w及Beclin1在外阴上皮内非瘤样病变中的表达及意义的开题报告Backgroundandrationale:Bcl-wandBeclin1aretwoimportantproteinsthatareinvolvedintheregulationofcellsurvivalandautophagy,respectively.Bcl-wisananti-apoptoticproteinthatpromotescellsurvival,whileBeclin1isakeyregulatorofautophagy,whichisacellularprocessthatplaysacriticalroleinthemaintenanceofcellularhomeostasisandtheeliminationofdamagedorunwantedcellularcomponents.Bothoftheseproteinshavebeenimplicatedinthedevelopmentandprogressionofvarioustypesofcancer.However,theirexpressionandsignificanceinnon-neoplasticconditionsofthevulvarepitheliumhavenotbeenfullyinvestigated.Objective:TheaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheexpressionofBcl-wandBeclin1innon-neoplasticconditionsofthevulvarepitheliumandtoevaluatetheirpotentialsignificanceinthepathogenesisoftheseconditions.Methods:Thisstudywillbeconductedasaretrospectiveanalysisofvulvarbiopsiesobtainedfrompatientswithnon-neoplasticconditionsofthevulvarepithelium,suchasvulvarlichensclerosusandvulvarintraepithelialneoplasia.ImmunohistochemicalstainingwillbeperformedtodetecttheexpressionofBcl-wandBeclin1inthebiopsysamples.Thestainingintensityanddistributionoftheseproteinswillbeassessedandcomparedwiththecorrespondingclinicalandpathologicaldata.Expectedoutcomes:Basedonpreviousstudies,weexpecttofindthatBcl-wisupregulatedandBeclin1isdownregulatedinnon-neoplasticconditionsofthevulvarepithelium,whichmaycontributetothedysregulationofcellsurvivalandautophagyintheseconditions.Theresultsofthisstudymayprovidenewinsightsintothepathogenesisofnon-neoplasticvulvarconditionsandmayhelptoidentifynewtargetsfortheirtreatmentandmanagement.
