网板式SBR反应器快速稳定培养好氧颗粒污泥试验研究的综述报告Abstract:Thepurposeofthisreviewistoanalyzetheresearchconductedonthecultivationofaerobicgranularsludgeusingarapid-stabilizationmethodinasequencingbatchreactor(SBR)withafixed-bedstructure.Thereviewsummarizestheadvantagesofthemethod,theprocessoftheformationofaerobicgranularsludge,andthekeyfactorsthatinfluencetheformation,stability,andpropertiesofthegranules.Thereviewconcludesbyoutliningthepotentialfuturedirectionsforresearch.Introduction:Thedevelopmentofeffectiveandefficientmethodsforwastewatertreatmentisanimportantareaofresearch.Onepromisingapproachistheuseofaerobicgranularsludge,whichisaformofbiologicaltreatmenttechnologythatutilizesgranularbiomasswithadiameterof0.5-3mm.Aerobicgranularsludgecanremoveorganicmatter,nitrogen,andphosphorusfromwastewatereffectivelywhileminimizingtheamountofexcesssludgeproducedduringthetreatmentprocess.Oneofthekeychallengesassociatedwiththecultivationofaerobicgranularsludgeisthelongstart-uptimerequiredtoinitiateandstabilizethegranulationprocess.Thischallengehasbeenaddressedthroughtheuseofarapid-stabilizationmethodinasequencingbatchreactor(SBR)withafixed-bedstructure,whichhasbeenshowntoreducethestart-uptimetolessthan40days.Thisreviewsummarizesthelatestresearchonthecultivationofaerobicgranularsludgeusingthismethod.AdvantagesofRapid-StabilizationMethod:Therapid-stabilizationmethodhasseveraladvantagesovertraditionalgranulationmethods.Themethodcanproduceuniformgranuleswithahighsettlingvelocity,whichmakesiteasytoseparatefromthetreatedwastewater.Thefixed-bedstructureoftheSBRallowsforacontinuousflowofwastewaterthroughthereactor,whichenhancesthestabilityofthegranules.Additionally,themethodcanreducethestart-uptimeandislesssensitivetofluctuationsinthewastewatercomposition,makingitmoreversatile.FormationofAerobicGranularSludge:Aerobicgranularsludgeformationisacomplexprocessthatincludesthreephases:primaryaggregation,secondaryaggregation,andmaturation.Duringtheprimaryaggregationphase,microorganismsaggregatetoformsma
