乳酸菌对大鼠肾草酸钙结石模型的影响作用研究的任务书Title:StudyontheEffectsofLactobacillusontheRatKidneyCalciumOxalateStoneModelIntroduction:Kidneystonediseaseisawidespreadproblemaffectingmillionsofpeopleeachyear.Calciumoxalate(CaOx)isthemostcommontypeofkidneystone.Previousstudieshavesuggestedthatcertainstrainsoflactobacillushavetherapeuticpotentialforthepreventionandtreatmentofkidneystones.However,thereislimitedresearchontheeffectsoflactobacillusontheratkidneyCaOxstonemodel.Therefore,thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectsoflactobacillusonthedevelopmentofkidneystonesinrats.Objectives:1.Todeveloparatmodelofcalciumoxalatekidneystoneformation.2.Todeterminetheeffectsoflactobacillusonthedevelopmentofkidneystonesintheratmodel.3.Toinvestigatetheunderlyingmechanismsoflactobacillusinpreventingkidneystoneformation.Methods:1.EstablishmentoftheratkidneyCaOxstonemodel:Ratswillberandomizedintothecontrolandexperimentalgroup.Theexperimentalgroupwillreceiveahigh-oxalatedietandethyleneglycoltoinduceformationofCaOxcrystalsinthekidneys.Thecontrolgroupwillreceiveanormaldietandwater.2.Administrationoflactobacillus:Theexperimentalgroupwillalsoreceivelactobacillusviaoralgavageonceadayfor6weeks.Thecontrolgroupwillreceiveaplacebo.3.Parameterstobeassessed:Bloodandurinesampleswillbecollectedbeforeandaftertheinterventionperiod.Serumandurinarylevelsofcalcium,oxalate,andotherrelevantparameterswillbemeasured.Kidneyswillbecollectedforhistologicalexaminationandanalysisofgeneexpression.ExpectedResults:1.TheratmodelofCaOxkidneystoneformationwillbesuccessfullyestablished.2.Administrationoflactobacilluswillreducetheincidenceandseverityofkidneystoneformationinrats.3.Theunderlyingmechanismsoflactobacillusinpreventingkidneystoneformationwillbeelucidated.Conclusion:Thisstudywillprovideinsightsintothepotentialroleoflactobacillusinthepreventionandtreatmentofcalciumoxalatekidneystones.Thefindingsmayhavesignificantimplicationsforfuturetherapeuticapproachestothiscommonandoftendebilitatingcondition.
