云南省不同地域并殖吸虫病原学研究的中期报告摘要：云南省是我国重要的并殖吸虫病高发区之一，本研究旨在对云南省不同地域的并殖吸虫病原学进行中期调查和分析。通过采集不同地区的血样和粪便样本，进行血清学检测和粪便沉淀法检测，同时对不同地区的卫生和饮水状况进行分析，为了解该病在不同地区的流行情况和导致该病的风险因素提供参考。结果表明，云南省不同地域的并殖吸虫感染情况存在差异。在普洱、思茅和楚雄等南部地区，常见的感染原因是饮用附近河流污染的水源，其次是人畜共同生活的环境。而在昭通、丽江等西部地区，则主要是因为经常食用未煮熟的寄生虫感染的猪肉或牛肉。同时，不同地区居民的饮水和卫生条件也对该病的传播起到重要作用。调查发现，南部地区的饮水和卫生条件相对较差，存在较大的感染风险。本研究的结果为云南省的并殖吸虫病防治提供了重要的参考，应在加强卫生和饮水条件的同时，加强对不同地域的感染源和感染途径的了解，为采取有针对性的措施提供支持。关键词：云南省、并殖吸虫病、感染原因、风险因素、血清学检测、粪便沉淀法Abstract:YunnanProvinceisoneoftheimportantareaswithhighincidenceofschistosomiasisinChina.ThepurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigateandanalyzethepathogenofschistosomiasisindifferentregionsofYunnanProvince.Bloodandfecalsampleswerecollectedfromdifferentareasforserologicalandfecalsedimentationtests.Atthesametime,thehygieneanddrinkingwaterconditionsindifferentregionswereanalyzedtoprovidereferenceforunderstandingtheprevalenceofthediseaseindifferentregionsandtheriskfactorsthatcausethedisease.TheresultsshowedthatthereweredifferencesintheinfectionsituationofschistosomiasisindifferentregionsofYunnanprovince.InthesouthernareassuchasPu'er,SimaoandChuxiong,thecommoninfectioncausewasdrinkingpollutedwaterfromnearbyrivers,followedbytheenvironmentofhumanandanimalcohabitation.InthewesternregionssuchasZhaotongandLijiang,itwasmainlytheconsumptionofuncookedporkorbeefinfectedwithparasites.Meanwhile,thedrinkingwaterandsanitaryconditionsofresidentsindifferentregionsalsoplayedanimportantroleinthespreadofthedisease.Thesurveyfoundthatthedrinkingwaterandsanitaryconditionsinthesouthernregionswererelativelypoor,andtherewasagreaterriskofinfection.TheresultsofthisstudyprovideimportantreferenceforthepreventionandcontrolofschistosomiasisinYunnanProvince.Itisnecessarytoimprovethesanitationanddrinkingwaterconditionswhilestrengtheningtheunderstandingoftheinfectionsourcesandpathwaysindifferentregions,soastoprovidesupportfortakingtargetedmeasures.Keywords:YunnanProvince,schistosomiasis,infectioncause,riskfactors,serologicaltests,fecalsedimentationmethod.
