PAGE\*MERGEFORMATIII摘要随着社会的发展，时代的进步，面向全体学生，促进学生的全面发展越来越成为学校教育的时代要求。在初中语文学科教学中，更是要求学生有一定的知识水平，可以为初中及高等学校的学习奠定坚实的基础。然而，语文学困生的数量却日益增加，产生的原因也五花八门，多种多样。在一些农村乡镇中学，学困生所占全体学生的比例甚至可以达到百分之五十。在教育教学中，想要转化这些学困生，首先要了解学困生产生的原因，然后根据原因尝试找到解决学困生问题的方法。本文立足归因理论、激励理论和建构主义理论，采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、对比分析法、个案研究法相结合的方式，对G市农村初级中学的初中语文学困生进行了研究。本研究以江苏省G市的农村初中语文学困生为研究对象，从学生方面和教师方面调查了农村初中语文学困生的成因，研究发现造成农村初中语文学困生的原因主要有：学习兴趣不足、学习动力不足，学习习惯不佳、学生学习意志薄弱；教师教学方法落后，教学能力不足，师生关系不合。根据学困生成因，研究提出了农村初中语文学困生的转化策略。具体包括：激发学生学习兴趣、提升学生学习动力、帮助学困生养成良好的学习习惯、锻炼学习意志、改进教学方法提升教学能力、建立融洽的师生关系六大点。关键词：农村初中，初中语文，学困生PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT54StudyontheTransformationofRuralJuniorMiddleSchoolLiteratureandLiteratureAbstractWiththedevelopmentofsociety,theprogressofthetimes,facingallstudents,promotingtheall-rounddevelopmentofstudentshasbecometherequirementofschooleducation.InjuniorhighschoolChineseteaching,studentsarerequiredtohaveacertainlevelofknowledge,whichcanlayasolidfoundationforjuniorhighschoolandcollegelearning.However,thenumberofstudentswithlearningdifficultiesinChineseisincreasingdaybyday,andthecausesarevarious.Insomeruralmiddleschools,theproportionofstudentswithlearningdifficultiescanevenreach50%.Ineducationandteaching,inordertotransformthesestudentswithlearningdifficulties,weshouldfirstunderstandthecausesofthestudentswithlearningdifficulties,andthentrytofindsolutionstotheproblemsofstudentswithlearningdifficultiesaccordingtothecauses.Basedontheattributiontheory,interestmotivationtheoryandconstructivismtheory,thispaperadoptsthemethodofliteratureresearch,questionnairesurvey,comparativeanalysisandcasestudytostudythejuniormiddleschoolstudentswithChineselearningdifficultiesinGcityruraljuniormiddleschool.Inthisstudy,theruraljuniorhighschoolstudentswithChineselearningdifficultiesinGCity,JiangsuProvince,astheresearchobject,fromtheaspectsofstudentsandteachers,weinvestigatedthecausesoftheruraljuniorhighschoolstudentswithChineselearningdifficulties,andfoundthatthemaincausesoftheruraljuniorhighschoolstudentswithCh
