摘要摘要现金有如公司的“血液”，而现金持有策略是企业财务政策制定中重要的一环。早期的关于现金持有的研究以凯恩斯的货币需求理论为主，后来财务学者们将研究方向转向影响现金持有策略的因素研究以及研究持有大量现金的后果。对现金持有的影响因素研究又从微观层面逐步向宏观层面展开，从公司内部的公司层面因素及治理因素，到公司外部的宏观经济政策和治理环境等因素，现金持有政策受众多因素影响。本文从激进型战略这一新的视角，研究战略激进程度如何影响现金持有。借鉴Bently（2013）[42]对公司战略的衡量方法，以我国2008-2017年A股上市公司为样本，实证考察了公司战略激进程度与现金持有水平、现金积累倾向的关系。主要结论如下：（1）公司战略激进程度与公司现金持有水平显著正相关，即公司战略激进性程度越高，公司倾向于持有更多现金；（2）公司战略激进程度与公司现金积累倾向显著正相关，即公司战略激进程度越高，公司现金-现金流越敏感，即公司现金具有较高的现金积累倾向；（3）进一步研究发现，这种高现金持有水平源于激进型战略的公司持有较高的现金水平有助于其实现较高的公司价值。以上结论验证了现金持有的“权衡理论”下的预防性动机。采取激进型战略的公司维持较高的现金持有水平，为应对未来不确定所带来的风险，而这种高现金持有价值对公司价值是有益的。本文的研究扩展了公司战略激进性这一新的视角，丰富了企业现金持有行为研究领域的文献。同时，也为进一步完善我国上市公司现金持有策略提供了理论指导。关键词：公司战略；现金持有水平；现金积累倾向；公司价值AbstractABSTRACTCashislikethebloodofanenterprise,andthedecisionofcashholdingsisanimportantpartoftheenterprise'sfinancialpolicy.TheearlyresearchoncashholdingsmainlyfocusedonKeynes'smonetarydemandtheory,butlaterfinancialscholarsturnedtheirresearchdirectiontothefactorsaffectingthecashholdingsandtheconsequencesofholdingalargeamountofcash.Theresearchontheinfluencingfactorsofcashholdingsisgraduallycarriedoutfromthemicroleveltothemacrolevel.Thecashholdingspolicyisaffectedbymanyfactors,fromtheinternalcorporatelevelfactorsandgovernancefactorstotheexternaleconomicpoliciesandgovernanceenvironmentofthecompany.Thispaperstudieshowtheprospectstrategyaffectsthelevelofcashholdings.BasedonBently's(2013)measurementmethodoffirm’sstrategyandthedataofChineseA-sharelistedcompaniesfrom2008to2017,thispaperempiricallyexaminestherelationshipbetweenprospectstrategyandthelevelofcashholdings,prospectstrategyandthetendencyofcashaccumulation.Themainconclusionsareasfollows:First,thereisasignificantpositivecorrelationbetweenthedegreeofcorporatestrategicactivismandthelevelofcorporatecashholdings,thatis,thehigherthedegreeofcorporatestrategicactivism,themorecashcompaniestendtohold.Second,thereisasignificantpositivecorrelationbetweenthedegreeofcorporatestrategicactivismandthetendencyofcorporatecashaccumulation,thatis,thehigherthedegreeofcorpor
