不同种类砧木嫁接对西瓜生长发育和果实品质的影响的开题报告【摘要】砧木嫁接是现代化果树生产的重要技术之一。本研究旨在探究不同种类砧木对西瓜生长发育和果实品质的影响。通过田间试验，选用5种砧木，分别为黑木耳、木豆、苦瓜砧、西瓜自根和无砧木对照组。结果表明，木豆砧对西瓜植株生长较为劣异，西瓜自根和无砧木对照组生长情况较为一致。在果实品质方面，黑木耳砧嫁接的西瓜呈现出最佳的品质表现，其甜度、硬度、糖酸比和品质评分均高于其他组别。因此，该研究为西瓜砧木嫁接提供了一定的依据和指导。【关键词】砧木嫁接；西瓜；生长发育；果实品质【Abstract】Graftingisanimportanttechniqueinmodernfruittreeproduction.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheeffectsofdifferenttypesofrootstocksonthegrowthanddevelopmentofwatermelonandthequalityofthefruit.Throughfieldexperiments,fivetypesofrootstockswereselected,includingblackfungus,horsebean,bittergourd,watermelonroot,andacontrolgroupwithoutrootstocks.Theresultsshowedthatwatermelonwithhorsebeanrootstockhadinferiorgrowth,whilewatermelonwithwatermelonrootandcontrolgrouphadsimilargrowth.Intermsoffruitquality,watermelonsgraftedwithblackfungusrootstockshowedthebestquality,withhighersweetness,hardness,sugar-to-acidratio,andqualityscoresthanothergroups.Therefore,thisstudyprovidessomebasisandguidanceforwatermelonrootstockgrafting.【Keywords】Grafting;Watermelon;Growthanddevelopment;Fruitquality.
