2003年~2011年临沂市某医院住院儿童疾病谱的变化规律及其应对策略的开题报告摘要本研究拟以临沂市某医院2003年至2011年间住院儿童的病例资料为基础，分析其疾病谱的变化规律，探讨应对策略。研究结果表明，该医院住院儿童疾病谱发生了明显的变化，主要体现在以下几个方面：1）感染性疾病持续高发，其中呼吸道感染、腹泻和手足口病的发病率较高；2）代谢性疾病发病率较高，尤其是糖尿病的发病率逐年上升；3）营养性疾病发生率逐年下降；4）肿瘤、心脏病等慢性疾病发病率逐渐增加。因此，我们提出了以下对策：1）加强感染性疾病的预防与治疗，提高患儿免疫力；2）加强糖尿病的早期诊断与管理，提高治疗效果；3）加强素质教育，防止营养性疾病的发生；4）加强慢性疾病的预防与治疗，提高患儿生活质量。关键词：临沂市；儿童；住院；疾病谱；变化规律；应对策略AbstractThisstudyaimstoanalyzethechangesinthediseasespectrumofhospitalizedchildrenfrom2003to2011inahospitalinLinyiCityandexplorecorrespondingstrategies.Theresultsshowedthatthereweresignificantchangesinthediseasespectrum,mainlyinthefollowingaspects:1)infectiousdiseasescontinuedtobehigh,withahighincidenceofrespiratoryinfections,diarrhea,andhand-foot-and-mouthdisease;2)metabolicdiseaseshadahighincidence,especiallytheincreasingincidenceofdiabetesyearbyyear;3)theincidenceofnutritionaldiseasesdecreasedyearbyyear;4)theincidenceofchronicdiseasessuchastumorsandheartdiseasesgraduallyincreased.Therefore,weproposedthefollowingstrategies:1)strengthenthepreventionandtreatmentofinfectiousdiseases,andimprovetheimmunesystemofchildren;2)strengthenearlydiagnosisandmanagementofdiabetes,andimprovetreatmenteffectiveness;3)strengthenqualityeducationtopreventnutritionaldiseases;4)strengthenthepreventionandtreatmentofchronicdiseasesandimprovethelivingqualityofaffectedchildren.Keywords:LinyiCity;children;hospitalized;diseasespectrum;changes;copingstrategies
