不同途径、剂量给予促肝细胞生长素对大鼠肝再生的影响的开题报告【摘要】本文旨在探究不同途径、剂量给予促肝细胞生长素（HGF）对大鼠肝再生的影响。经过实验组和对照组的对比观察，发现HGF的高剂量给予组大鼠肝脏再生能力显著提高，而低、中、超低剂量组的肝再生能力则略微有所提高。通过以肌肉注射、静脉注射、灌胃等不同途径给予HGF的实验，发现灌胃途径与肌肉注射途径可显著提高大鼠肝脏再生能力，而静脉注射途径则无显著影响。本研究对于探究HGF影响肝再生能力的机制和寻找其在临床上的应用具有一定的指导意义。【关键词】促肝细胞生长素；肝再生；途径；剂量【Abstract】Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheeffectofhepatocytegrowthfactor(HGF)administeredviadifferentroutesanddosagesonliverregenerationinrats.Aftercomparingtheexperimentalgroupwiththecontrolgroup,itwasfoundthatthehigh-dosegroupofHGFsignificantlyimprovedtheliverregenerationabilityofrats,whilethelow,medium,andultra-lowdosagegroupsshowedaslightimprovementinliverregenerationability.Throughexperimentsusingdifferentroutesofadministration,suchasintramuscularinjection,intravenousinjection,andgastriclavage,itwasfoundthatthegastriclavageandintramuscularinjectionroutessignificantlyimprovedtheliverregenerationabilityofrats,whiletheintravenousinjectionhadnosignificanteffect.ThisstudyhascertainguidingsignificanceforexploringthemechanismofHGFaffectingliverregenerationabilityandfindingitsapplicationinclinics.【Keywords】Hepatocytegrowthfactor(HGF);liverregeneration;route;dosage
