保健食品及中成药中违禁药物检测方法研究的中期报告摘要：保健食品及中成药中存在违禁药物的情况严重，为了保障消费者的健康，保健食品及中成药的质量标准必须得到严格的监管和检测。本文的研究目的是建立一种可靠的保健食品及中成药中违禁药物检测方法，并实验验证其准确性和可行性。通过文献研究发现，保健食品及中成药中常见的违禁药物包括禁止使用的西药成分、激素类物质、违禁化学物质等。因此，本研究选取了18种常见的违禁药物作为研究对象，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）和质谱分析法（MS）对其进行检测。实验结果表明，所建立的方法检测准确性较高，可以满足对保健食品及中成药中违禁药物的检测需求。关键词：保健食品，中成药，违禁药物，检测方法，HPLC，质谱分析Abstract：TheexistenceofbanneddrugsinhealthfoodandChinesepatentmedicineisserious.Inordertoprotectthehealthofconsumers,thequalitystandardsofhealthfoodandChinesepatentmedicinemustbestrictlyregulatedandtested.ThepurposeofthisstudyistoestablishareliablemethodfordetectingillegaldrugsinhealthfoodandChinesepatentmedicine,andtoexperimentallyverifyitsaccuracyandfeasibility.Throughliteratureresearch,itisfoundthatcommonbanneddrugsinhealthfoodandChinesepatentmedicineincludeprohibitedWesternmedicineingredients,hormonalsubstances,andprohibitedchemicals.Therefore,thisstudyselected18commonbanneddrugsasresearchobjects,andusedhigh-performanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)andmassspectrometryanalysis(MS)todetectthem.TheexperimentalresultsshowthattheestablishedmethodhasahighdetectionaccuracyandcanmeetthedetectionrequirementsofbanneddrugsinhealthfoodandChinesepatentmedicine.Keywords:healthfood,Chinesepatentmedicine,banneddrugs,detectionmethod,HPLC,massspectrometryanalysis.
