不同冲洗液对海水浸泡软组织伤影响的实验研究的中期报告摘要：本实验旨在研究不同冲洗液对海水浸泡软组织伤的影响。我们将32只小鼠随机分为4组，每组8只。每只小鼠的后腿上制造软组织伤口，并将其浸泡在含有不同成分的冲洗液中，分别为纯净水、生理盐水、聚乙二醇溶液和市售伤口消毒液。在浸泡后24小时和48小时进行观察和评估。研究发现，使用聚乙二醇溶液进行冲洗的小鼠组的伤口愈合速度最快，而使用市售伤口消毒液进行冲洗的小鼠组的伤口愈合速度最慢。另外，使用聚乙二醇溶液进行冲洗的小鼠组在伤口治愈方面表现最佳，而使用市售伤口消毒液进行冲洗的小鼠组在伤口治愈方面表现最差。纯净水和生理盐水的效果相对较为温和，对伤口愈合和治愈的影响差异不明显。综上所述，聚乙二醇溶液是一种对海水浸泡伤口的软组织伤有良好愈合效果的冲洗液，而市售伤口消毒液则可能会对伤口愈合产生一定的负面影响。关键词：冲洗液，海水浸泡伤口，软组织伤，小鼠实验Abstract:Theaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheeffectsofdifferentwashingsolutionsonsofttissueinjuriesfromseawaterimmersion.Werandomlydivided32miceinto4groups,eachconsistingof8mice.Softtissuewoundswerecreatedonthehindlegsofeachmouseandwereimmersedinwashingsolutionswithdifferentcomponents,includingdistilledwater,salinesolution,polyethyleneglycolsolution,andcommerciallyavailablewounddisinfectant.Observationsandevaluationswereconductedafter24and48hoursofimmersion.Theresultsshowedthatthegroupofmicewashedwithpolyethyleneglycolsolutionhadthefastestwoundhealingspeed,whilethegroupofmicewashedwithcommerciallyavailablewounddisinfectanthadtheslowestwoundhealingspeed.Inaddition,thegroupofmicewashedwithpolyethyleneglycolsolutionperformedthebestinwoundhealing,whilethegroupofmicewashedwithcommerciallyavailablewounddisinfectantperformedtheworst.Theeffectsofdistilledwaterandsalinesolutionwererelativelymild,withnosignificantdifferencesinwoundhealingandcure.Inconclusion,polyethyleneglycolsolutionisawashingsolutionwithgoodwoundhealingeffectsforsofttissueinjuriesfromseawaterimmersion,whilecommerciallyavailablewounddisinfectantmayhaveanegativeimpactonwoundhealing.Keywords:washingsolution,seawaterimmersionwound,softtissueinjury,mouseexperiment.
