PAGE\*MERGEFORMATIII摘要随着互联网金融行业的发展，P2P网络借贷在进行年来发展的越来越好，很多小额借款和投资者顺应了时代的发展趋势，慢慢地投入到了P2P网络借贷的行业中。对传统的借贷市场产生一定冲击的同时，也带来了很多机遇。但是随着我国经济的稳步发展，近些年来很多平台都出现了融资困难、平台倒闭甚至捐款跑路等高风险的问题。在2018年P2P网络借贷平台出现了非常多的暴雷事件。金融市场对于P2P往来的态度也出现了非常大的转变，在2019年很多平台出现了倒闭的情况，对借贷行业产生了非常大的打击，在未来的发展过程，借贷行业的发展具有非常大的不确定性。本文利用了金融风险防范的相关理论，采用了文献研究的方法，还有调查分析的方法，对我国P2P网络借贷平台存在的风险进行了分析，发现了这些平台在发展的过程中存在着一些列的风险性质的问题，并且文章根据存在的问题，提出了相应的解决方案。论文的研究主要分为三个部分，第一部分是对网络借贷平台的相关理论进行研究，并且分析了我国P2P网络平台目前发展的现状，第二部分是比较P2P网络借贷平台与传统借贷平台的不同，指出P2P网络平台存在的主要的风险和成因，第三部分对出现的问题作出了相应的方法对策。关键词：网络借贷平台风险防范对策ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentoftheInternetfinanceindustry,P2Pnetworklendinghasdevelopedbetterandbetterinthepastyear.ManysmallloansandinvestorsconformtothedevelopmenttrendofthetimesandgraduallyinvestintheP2Pnetworklendingindustry.Ithasacertainimpactonthetraditionallendingmarket,butalsobringsalotofopportunities.However,withthesteadydevelopmentofChina'seconomy,inrecentyears,manyplatformshaveencounteredsuchhigh-riskproblemsasfinancingdifficulties,platformfailuresandevendonations.In2018,thereweremanythunderstormsonP2Ponlinelendingplatform.TheattitudeofthefinancialmarkettowardsP2Pexchangeshasalsochangedgreatly.In2019,manyplatformswentoutofbusiness,whichhasagreatimpactonthelendingindustry.Inthefuturedevelopmentprocess,thedevelopmentofthelendingindustryisveryuncertain.Thispaperusesthetheoryoffinancialriskprevention,themethodofliteratureresearch,andthemethodofinvestigationandanalysistoanalyzetheriskofP2PnetworklendingplatforminChina,andfindsthattherearesomeproblemsofrisknatureinthedevelopmentoftheseplatforms,andaccordingtotheexistingproblems,thispaperputsforwardthecorrespondingsolutions.Theresearchofthispaperismainlydividedintothreeparts.Thefirstpartistostudytherelatedtheoriesofthenetworklendingplatform,andanalyzethecurrentdevelopmentstatusoftheP2PnetworkplatforminChina.ThesecondpartistocomparethedifferencesbetweentheP2Pnetworklendingplatformandthetraditionallendingplatform,andpointoutthemainrisksandcausesoftheP2Pnetw
