基于BPR战略的企业组织变革研究的中期报告IntroductionThepurposeofthismid-termreportistoprovideinsightsintotheprogressmadeinthestudyoftheorganizationalchangeincompaniesbasedontheBusinessProcessReengineering(BPR)strategy.BPRisthecompleteredesignoforganizationalprocesseswiththeaimofimprovingefficiencyandeffectiveness.Thereportwillprovideanupdateontheresearchobjectives,themethodology,findings,andchallengesencounteredduringtheresearch.ResearchObjectivesThemainobjectiveofthisresearchistoinvestigatetheeffectsofBPRonorganizationalchangeandidentifythekeysuccessfactorsthatdeterminetheimplementationofBPRincompanies.Specifically,theresearchaimsto:1.examinethechangesinorganizationalstructure,jobfunctions,andworkflowsincompaniesthathaveadoptedBPR2.evaluatetheimpactofBPRonorganizationalperformance,employeesatisfaction,andcustomersatisfaction3.identifythekeyfactorsthataffectthesuccessofBPRimplementationincompaniesMethodologyTheresearchhasadoptedamixed-methodsapproach,combiningqualitativeandquantitativeresearchtechniques.TheinitialphaseofthestudyinvolvedareviewofliteraturetoidentifythekeytheoriesandmodelsonBPR,organizationalchange,andimplementation.Theliteraturereviewprovidedafoundationfortheresearchquestionsandhypotheses.TheresearchincludedasurveyofemployeesincompaniesthathaveimplementedBPR.Thesurveyquestionnairewasdesignedtocapturetheemployees'perceptionsoftheextentoforganizationalchange,theimpactofBPRontheirjobfunctions,andtheiroverallopinionoftheeffectivenessofBPRimplementation.Thesurveywassenttoemployeesintendifferentcompaniesrepresentingdiverseindustries.Thefindingsfromthesurveywereanalyzedusingdescriptiveandinferentialstatisticaltechniques.Thequalitativeresearchcomponentofthestudyinvolvedin-depthinterviewswithseniormanagersandBPRexperts.TheinterviewsfocusedonthefactorsthatinfluencethesuccessfulimplementationofBPR,thechallengesencounteredduringtheimplementation,andthelessonslearned.Theinterviewdatawasanalyzedusingcontentanalysis.FindingsTheinitialfindingsoftheresearchsuggestthattheim
