中小企业员工绩效考核制度研究的中期报告摘要:中小企业的员工绩效考核制度是保证企业良好运转的重要因素。本研究旨在探讨中小企业员工绩效考核制度的优点,特点以及制度实施对企业生产力和员工积极性的影响。通过文献综述和问卷调查,发现中小企业员工绩效考核制度存在着很多问题,如考核标准不明确、考核结果影响员工的晋升和薪资福利、缺乏对员工有针对性的评估等。提出建立科学完善的绩效考核制度的建议,包括设定科学合理的绩效指标、采用多元化的绩效评估方法、建立员工奖励和惩罚机制、做好员工培训和发展等。关键词:中小企业,员工绩效考核,制度实施,影响因素Abstract:Theemployeeperformanceappraisalsystemofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesisanimportantfactorinensuringthesmoothoperationofenterprises.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheadvantages,characteristics,andtheimpactoftheimplementationoftheemployeeperformanceappraisalsystemonproductivityandemployeeenthusiasminsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Throughliteraturereviewandquestionnairesurvey,itwasfoundthattherearemanyproblemsintheemployeeperformanceappraisalsystemofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,suchasunclearassessmentstandards,theimpactofassessmentresultsonemployeepromotionandsalaryandbenefits,andthelackoftargetedevaluationofemployees.Suggestionsweremadetoestablishascientificandperfectperformanceappraisalsystem,includingsettingreasonableperformanceindicators,adoptingdiversifiedperformanceevaluationmethods,establishingemployeerewardandpunishmentmechanisms,anddoingagoodjobinemployeetraininganddevelopment.Keywords:Smallandmedium-sizedenterprises,employeeperformanceappraisal,systemimplementation,influencingfactors
