A3钢涂镀防护层的制备及相关性能研究的中期报告摘要：本文针对A3钢制备涂镀防护层的过程进行研究，主要研究了材料的制备过程、防护层性能及其相关性能。采用SEM、XRD、EDS和电化学测试等手段，对制备的防护层进行了表征。结果表明，利用浸渍法在A3钢表面制备TiO2/SiO2复合涂层可以获得良好的表面覆盖性和相对较高的抗腐蚀性，同时采用阳极氧化方法获得的Al2O3涂层具有良好的耐磨性和导电性。此外，通过单因素实验以及正交试验，得到影响涂层性能的主要因素分别为涂层的制备时间、温度、浓度等。该研究为A3钢的防护层制备以及防护层性能的研究提供了一定的理论指导和实验依据。关键词：A3钢，涂镀防护层，TiO2/SiO2，Al2O3，性能Abstract:Inthispaper,theprocessofpreparingcoatedprotectivelayersforA3steelwasstudied,andthepreparationprocess,protectivelayerpropertiesandrelatedpropertiesweremainlystudied.SEM,XRD,EDS,andelectrochemicaltestingwereusedtocharacterizethepreparedprotectivelayer.TheresultsshowedthatusingthedipmethodtoprepareTiO2/SiO2compositecoatingsonthesurfaceofA3steelcanobtaingoodsurfacecoverageandrelativelyhighcorrosionresistance,andusingtheanodizationmethodtoobtainAl2O3coatingshasgoodwearresistanceandconductivity.Inaddition,throughsingle-factorexperimentsandorthogonalexperiments,themainfactorsaffectingthecoatingpropertiesarethepreparationtime,temperature,concentration,etc.ThisstudyprovidessometheoreticalguidanceandexperimentalbasisforthepreparationofprotectivecoatingsforA3steelandthestudyofcoatingproperties.Keywords:A3steel,coatedprotectivelayer,TiO2/SiO2,Al2O3,performance.
