OMOM胶囊内镜辅助阅片模式的临床应用评估与一种新型辅助阅片模式的探索的开题报告【内容摘要】：OMOM胶囊内镜是一种新型的胶囊内镜，能够提供高清晰度的胃肠道影像，因此在消化道疾病诊断中得到广泛应用。本研究旨在评估OMOM胶囊内镜辅助阅片模式在临床实践中的应用效果，并探讨一种新型辅助阅片模式的可行性。研究采用观察性前瞻性研究方法，共招募200例来自我院的消化道疾病患者，分别采用OMOM胶囊内镜辅助阅片模式和传统胶囊内镜阅片比较，评估其诊断效果和优劣势。同时，对于现有OMOM胶囊内镜辅助阅片模式存在的问题，提出一种新型辅助阅片模式，通过模拟实验验证其可行性。研究的预期结果是OMOM胶囊内镜辅助阅片模式能够提高消化道疾病的诊断效果和准确性，新型辅助阅片模式能够弥补现有模式的不足，为临床消化道疾病诊断提供更好的辅助工具和方法。【关键词】：OMOM胶囊内镜；辅助阅片；消化道疾病；诊断效果；新型模式【Abstract】:OMOMcapsuleendoscopyisanewtypeofcapsuleendoscopethatprovideshigh-definitiongastrointestinalimages,andthereforeithasbeenwidelyusedinthediagnosisofdigestivediseases.ThisstudyaimstoevaluatetheapplicationoftheOMOMcapsuleendoscopy-assistedreadingmodeinclinicalpractice,andtoexplorethefeasibilityofanewtypeofassistedreadingmode.Thestudyusedanobservationalprospectivestudymethod,recruiting200patientswithgastrointestinaldiseasesfromourhospital,andcomparingthemwiththetraditionalcapsuleendoscopereadingbyusingtheOMOMcapsuleendoscopy-assistedreadingmodetoevaluatetheirdiagnosticeffectivenessandadvantagesanddisadvantages.Atthesametime,fortheexistingproblemsoftheOMOMcapsuleendoscopy-assistedreadingmode,anewtypeofassistedreadingmodeisproposed,anditsfeasibilityisverifiedthroughsimulationexperiments.TheexpectedresultsofthestudyarethattheOMOMcapsuleendoscopy-assistedreadingmodecanimprovethediagnosiseffectivenessandaccuracyofgastrointestinaldiseases,andthenewtypeofassistedreadingmodecanmakeupfortheshortcomingsoftheexistingmode,providingbetterauxiliarytoolsandmethodsforclinicaldiagnosisofgastrointestinaldiseases.【Keywords】:OMOMcapsuleendoscopy;assistedreading;gastrointestinaldisease;diagnosiseffectiveness;newmode
