几种简单管节点应力集中系数研究的中期报告Title:MidtermReportontheStudyofStressConcentrationFactorsinSeveralSimpleTubularJointsAbstract:Inthismidtermreport,wepresenttheresultsofourongoingstudyonthestressconcentrationfactorsinseveralsimpletubularjoints.Thejointsweinvestigatedincludefillet-weldedTeejoints,butt-weldedTeejoints,andlap-weldedbuttjoints.Weconductedfiniteelement(FE)analysistosimulatethebehaviorofthesejointsundervariousloadingconditions,suchasintension,bending,andtorsion.WealsocalculatedthestressconcentrationfactorsforeachjointconfigurationusingtheFEresults.Inaddition,wecomparedournumericalfindingswiththeexperimentalresultsavailableintheliterature.Ourpreliminarynumericalandexperimentalresultsrevealedthatthestressconcentrationfactorsarehighlydependentonthegeometryandloadingconditionsofthejoints.Thehigheststressconcentrationfactorwasobservedatthetoeofthefillet-weldedTeejointundertensileloading.Moreover,thestressconcentrationfactorsinthebutt-weldedTeejointandlap-weldedbuttjointwerefoundtobesmallerthanthoseinthefillet-weldedTeejoint.Thesefindingsareconsistentwiththeexistingliterature.Furtherinvestigationsarecurrentlyunderwaytovalidateournumericalresultsandtoexploreotherfactorsthatmayaffectthestressconcentrationintubularjoints,suchasthematerialpropertiesandtheweldingprocessparameters.Thefinalresultsofthisstudywillcontributetothecurrentknowledgeonthedesignandanalysisoftubularstructuresandareexpectedtobenefitstructuralengineers,researchers,andpractitionersinthefield.Keywords:stressconcentrationfactor,tubularjoints,finiteelementanalysis,welding,structuraldesign.
