94Nb的AMS测量及应用方法研究的中期报告Abstract:Inthismid-termreport,wepresenttheprogressofourresearchontheAMSmeasurementandapplicationmethodof94Nb.Firstly,wesummarizetheprincipleandadvantagesofAMStechnologyandthecharacteristicsof94Nbasaradionuclide.Then,wediscussthesamplepreparationmethod,includingtheextractionandpurificationofNbfromgeologicalsamplesandtheproductionof94Nbbyneutronactivation.Furthermore,weintroducetheAMSmeasurementprocess,includingtheionizationandaccelerationofthe94Nbions,thedetectionandanalysisoftheisotopicratioof94Nb/93Nb,andthebackgroundcorrectionmethod.Finally,weproposethepotentialapplicationof94Nbasatraceringeologicalandenvironmentalstudies,suchastheinvestigationofthemigrationofheavymetalsandthedatingofgeologicalevents.Wealsodiscussthechallengesandfuturedirectionsofourresearch.Introduction:Asaradioisotopeofniobium,94Nbhasuniquefeaturesthatmakeitavaluabletoolinawiderangeofscientificresearch,includinggeology,environmentalscience,archaeology,andnuclearphysics.AMStechnologyprovidesapowerfulmethodforthesensitivedetectionandprecisemeasurementof94Nbinvarioustypesofsamples.Inthismid-termreport,wedescribeourongoingresearchontheAMSmeasurementandapplicationmethodof94Nb.PrincipleofAMS:TheprincipleofAMSisbasedontheionizationandaccelerationofthetargetisotopestohighenergies,whichenablestheseparationandpurificationoftheisotopesofinterestfromtheisobaricinterference.TheAMSmeasurementprocessconsistsoffourmainsteps:(1)samplepreparation,(2)ionizationandacceleration,(3)detection,(4)dataanalysisandinterpretation.AMShasseveraladvantagesoverotherisotopicanalysismethods,suchashighersensitivity,lowerdetectionlimits,andshorteranalysistime.Propertiesof94Nb:94Nbisaradioactiveisotopeofniobiumwithahalf-lifeof20,000years.Itisproducedbyneutronactivationofstableniobiumisotopes,mainly93Nb.Duetoitslonghalf-lifeandlownaturalabundance,94Nbisarareradionuclide,whichmakesitavaluabletracerforgeologicalandenvironmentalstudies.Thedecayof94Nbproducesthedaughterisotope94Mo,whichcanbeusedfordatingpur
