Sub-CBD功能拓展研究——以上海虹桥涉外贸易中心为例的中期报告摘要:本研究拟以上海虹桥涉外贸易中心为例，探讨其Sub-CBD（次级中心区）的功能拓展研究，并提出相应的发展建议。研究采用实地观察、问卷调查和分析法等多种研究方法，对虹桥涉外贸易中心按照空间、产业和人文特征进行分类，并就每一特征中心提出相应的发展之路。研究结果表明，虹桥涉外贸易中心的Sub-CBD中心区在产业布局、交通和民生配套等方面已经初步形成，但在人文和文化方面还有差距。因此，建议虹桥涉外贸易中心加快推进Sub-CBD的人文和文化建设，以促进更深层次的综合发展。关键词：Sub-CBD；上海虹桥涉外贸易中心；中期报告；功能拓展；综合发展Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoexplorethefunctionalexpansionoftheSub-CBD(secondarycenterarea)ofShanghaiHongqiaoInternationalTradeCenter,andproposecorrespondingdevelopmentsuggestions,takingShanghaiHongqiaoInternationalTradeCenterasanexample.Theresearchadoptsmultipleresearchmethodssuchasfieldobservation,questionnairesurvey,andanalysistoclassifyHongqiaoInternationalTradeCenteraccordingtospatial,industrial,andhumanisticcharacteristics,andputforwardthecorrespondingdevelopmentpathforeachcharacteristiccenter.TheresearchresultsshowthattheSub-CBDcenterareaofHongqiaoInternationalTradeCenterhasinitiallyformedintermsofindustriallayout,transportation,andlivelihoodsupport,butthereisstillagapinhumanisticandculturalaspects.Therefore,itisrecommendedthatHongqiaoInternationalTradeCenteracceleratethehumanisticandculturalconstructionofSub-CBDtopromotedeepercomprehensivedevelopment.Keywords:Sub-CBD;ShanghaiHongqiaoInternationalTradeCenter;MidtermReport;FunctionalExpansion;ComprehensiveDevelopment
