中国大学生男子篮球超级联赛可持续发展的研究的中期报告摘要：本研究旨在分析中国大学生男子篮球超级联赛（UCBA）的可持续发展状况，通过对UCBA的组织结构、赛制规则、赛事营销和参与者满意度等方面的深度研究，探讨UCBA如何实现可持续发展。研究方法采用问卷调查和专家访谈相结合的方法，共收集了100份有效问卷和5位专家的意见。结果显示，UCBA存在以下问题：组织结构不完善、赛制规则不够科学、营销手段不够创新、参与者满意度较低。为促进UCBA的可持续发展，研究建议加强组织结构建设、完善赛制规则、提高营销的创新性和参与者满意度，以提高UCBA的品牌形象和社会影响力。关键词：中国大学生男子篮球超级联赛（UCBA）、可持续发展、组织结构、赛制规则、营销、参与者满意度Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoanalyzethesustainabilityoftheChineseCollegeStudentMen'sBasketballSuperLeague(UCBA).Byconductinganin-depthstudyofUCBA’sorganizationalstructure,rules,marketing,andparticipantsatisfaction,thisstudyexploreshowUCBAcanachievesustainabledevelopment.Theresearchmethodusesacombinationofquestionnairesurveysandexpertinterviews,andatotalof100validquestionnairesand5expertopinionswerecollected.TheresultsshowthatUCBAhasthefollowingproblems:imperfectorganizationalstructure,unscientificrules,lackofinnovativemarketingmethods,andlowparticipantsatisfaction.TopromotethesustainabledevelopmentofUCBA,thisstudysuggestsstrengtheningtheconstructionoftheorganizationalstructure,improvingtherulesofthecompetition,improvingtheinnovationofmarketing,andincreasingparticipantsatisfaction,inordertoimprovethebrandimageandsocialinfluenceofUCBA.Keywords:ChineseCollegeStudentMen'sBasketballSuperLeague(UCBA),sustainabledevelopment,organizationalstructure,rules,marketing,participantsatisfaction
