SiCMgO-Al2O3-SiO2Sic体系焊接和性能研究的综述报告SiCMgO-Al2O3-SiO2SiC体系焊接和性能研究的综述报告引言Si-richSiC-basedvacuum-bondedcompositematerialshavebeenwidelyusedinvarioushigh-temperatureapplicationsduetotheirexcellenthigh-temperatureproperties.Asthedemandforacceleratingthedevelopmentandutilizationofadvancedmaterialssuchassiliconcarbide(SiC)ceramicmatrixcomposites(CMCs)intheaerospacefieldincreases,weldingtechnologyhasbecomeoneofthekeyfactorsthatlimittheirapplication.InordertoimprovetheweldingperformanceofSiC-basedvacuum-bondedcompositematerials,extensiveresearchhasbeencarriedoutontheSiCMgO-Al2O3-SiO2SiCsystem.ThisarticleaimstoprovideacomprehensiveoverviewoftheresearchontheweldingandperformanceoftheSiCMgO-Al2O3-SiO2SiCsystem.Si-richSiC-BasedCompositeMaterialsSi-richSiC-basedcompositematerialshaveattractedextensiveattentionfortheirexcellenthigh-temperatureproperties,suchaslowthermalexpansioncoefficient,highthermalconductivity,andhighstrengthathightemperatures.SiC-basedCMCswithSi-richerinterphasesarepromisingcandidatesforhigh-temperaturestructuralapplicationsinaircraftandrocketengines.TheSi-richSiC-basedcompositematerialshavealayerstructureandarecomposedofaSiCmatrixandaSi-richinterlayer.TheSi-richinterlayerisatransitionlayerbetweenSiCandthemetalliclayer.Themorphology,composition,andthicknessoftheSi-richinterlayerarecrucialtothehigh-temperaturepropertiesofSi-richSiC-basedcompositematerials.WeldingofSiCMgO-Al2O3-SiO2SiCSystemTheweldingofSiCMgO-Al2O3-SiO2SiCsystemhasbeenstudiedbymanyresearchers.ThissystemisaSi-richSiC-basedcompositematerialandhasexcellenthigh-temperatureproperties.TheweldingperformanceofSiCMgO-Al2O3-SiO2SiCsystemismainlyinfluencedbythecompositionoftheSi-richinterlayer.TheweldingofSiCMgO-Al2O3-SiO2SiCsystemcanbedividedintothreetypes,includingTungstenInertGas(TIG)welding,Laserwelding,andElectronbeamwelding.TIGweldingisatraditionalweldingmethodforSiC-basedmaterials.TIGweldingcanproduceastrongbondbetweenSi-richSiC-basedcompositematerials.Theweldingparameters,suchastheweldingcur
