MEMS视网膜芯片的设计与研究的中期报告IntroductionMEMSretinalchipisanewtechnologyfortherestorationofvisioninpatientssufferingfromvariousretinaldiseases.Theretinalchipimplantreplacesthedamagedphotoreceptorcellsandconvertslightsignalsintoelectricalsignalsthatcanbetransferredtotheopticnerveandinterpretedbythebrain.TheaimofourprojectistodesignandresearchaMEMSretinalchipthatishighlyefficientandcompatiblewiththehumanretina.ProgressOverviewDuringthecourseofourresearch,wehavemadesignificantprogressinthedesignanddevelopmentoftheMEMSretinalchip.Oureffortshavefocusedonthefollowingareas:1.High-resolutionImagingOneofthekeyrequirementsfortheretinalchipishigh-resolutionimaging.Forthis,wehavedesignedamicro-opticsystemthatcancaptureandconcentratelightontothechip'sphotodetectors.Thesystemcomprisesalens,awaveguide,andadiffractiveopticalelement.Thepreliminaryresultsshowthatthemicro-opticsystemcanprovidehigh-resolutionimaging.2.BiocompatibilitySincetheretinalchipisimplantedintothehumaneye,itisessentialthatitisbiocompatible.Forthis,wehavechosenmaterialsthatarecompatiblewithhumantissues,suchaspolydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)andtitanium.Wehavealsoconductedin-vitroteststodeterminethebiocompatibilityofthechip.3.PowerandControlTheretinalchiprequiresanexternalpowersourceandcontrolsystemforitsoperation.Wehavedesignedawirelesspowerandcontrolsystemusinginductivecoupling.Thecontrolsystemcomprisesamicrocontrollerandawirelesscommunicationmodule.Theprototypesystemhasbeentestedandshowntobeeffectiveinpoweringandcontrollingtheretinalchip.4.OptimizationOptimizationiscriticaltoimprovingtheefficiencyandperformanceoftheMEMSretinalchip.Wehaveusedfiniteelementanalysis(FEA)tooptimizethechip'slayoutanddesign.Thepreliminaryresultsshowthattheoptimizeddesignscansignificantlyimprovethechip'sperformance.ConclusionOurresearchteamhasmadesignificantprogressinthedesignanddevelopmentofaMEMSretinalchipthatishighlyefficientandcompatiblewiththehumanretina.Thenextstageofourresearchwillfocusonthevalidationofthechip'sperformanceusingin-
