W波段正交混频器及其应用研究开题报告Title:ResearchonW-bandorthogonalmixeranditsapplicationsBackgroundandSignificance:Inrecentyears,withtheincreasingdemandforhigh-speedwirelesscommunicationandradarsystems,themillimeter-wavefrequencyband(30GHzto300GHz)hasattractedmoreandmoreattention.W-band(75GHzto110GHz),asapartofthemillimeter-wavefrequencyband,hasmanyuniqueadvantages,suchashighdatarate,widebandwidth,andhighresolution.Therefore,thestudyofW-bandradiofrequency(RF)componentshasbecomeahottopicinthefieldofhigh-frequencyelectronics.OrthogonalmixersarewidelyusedinRFsystemsforfrequencyconversion.Comparedwithtraditionalmixers,orthogonalmixershavetheadvantagesofhighisolation,lowconversionloss,andbroadbandoperation.However,fewstudieshavebeenconductedonW-bandorthogonalmixers,whichlimitstheiruseinW-bandRFsystems.ResearchObjectives:Theobjectivesofthisresearchareasfollows:1.TodesignandoptimizethestructureofW-bandorthogonalmixerbasedontheSchottkydiode.2.TosimulateandanalyzevariousperformanceparametersoftheW-bandorthogonalmixer,includingconversionloss,isolation,andbandwidth.3.TofabricateandtesttheW-bandorthogonalmixerusingmicroelectronicstechnology.4.ToinvestigatetheapplicationoftheW-bandorthogonalmixerinW-bandradarandcommunicationsystems.5.ToevaluatetheperformanceoftheW-bandorthogonalmixerandcompareitwithotherexistingmixers.ResearchMethods:Theresearchwillbeconductedinthefollowingsteps:1.Literaturereview:AcomprehensivereviewoftheexistingliteratureonW-bandorthogonalmixersandtheirapplicationswillbeconducted.2.Designandoptimization:TheCADtoolsandelectromagneticsimulationsoftwarewillbeusedtodesignandoptimizethestructureofW-bandorthogonalmixer.3.Fabricationandtesting:TheW-bandorthogonalmixerwillbefabricatedusingmicroelectronicstechnology,anditsperformancewillbetestedusingavectornetworkanalyzer.4.Applicationinvestigation:TheW-bandorthogonalmixerwillbeintegratedintoW-bandradarandcommunicationsystems,anditsperformancewillbeevaluatedandcomparedwithotherexistingmixers.ExpectedResults:Itisexpe
