喷雾角与喷嘴布置对典型铝挤压型材雾化冷却的影响研究的中期报告Background:Thecoolingprocessisanimportantstageintheproductionofaluminumextrusionprofiles.Spraycoolingisacommonmethodusedtocooltheprofiles.Inthisprocess,waterissprayedontheprofilesfromdifferentanglesandthroughdifferentnozzlearrangements.Thesprayangleandnozzlearrangementcanaffectthecoolingefficiencyandprofilequality.Therefore,studyingtheeffectsofsprayangleandnozzlearrangementisessential.Method:Theresearchteamselectedthreetypicalaluminumextrusionprofileswithdifferentshapesandsizes.Aspraycoolingsystemwassetuptoconductexperiments.Thesprayanglewassetto30°,45°,and60°,respectively.Fivedifferentnozzlearrangementsweretested,includingin-line,staggered,side-to-side,diagonal,andsquare.Foreachcombinationofsprayangleandnozzlearrangement,threetestswerecarriedout,andthecoolingwatertemperatureandprofilesurfacetemperaturewererecorded.Result:Thepreliminaryresultsshowedthatthesprayangleandnozzlearrangementhadasignificantimpactonthecoolingefficiencyandprofilesurfacetemperature.Whenthesprayanglewas30°,thecoolingefficiencywasthehighest,andtheprofilesurfacetemperaturewasthelowestcomparedtoothersprayangles.Amongthefivenozzlearrangements,thestaggeredarrangementhadthebestcoolingeffect,followedbythesquare,in-line,diagonal,andside-to-side.Thetemperaturedistributionontheprofilesurfacewasalsoaffectedbythesprayangleandnozzlearrangement.Conclusion:Inconclusion,thesprayangleandnozzlearrangementhaveasignificantimpactonthecoolingefficiencyandprofilesurfacetemperature.Theoptimumcombinationofsprayangleandnozzlearrangementshouldbedeterminedaccordingtothespecificshapeandsizeofthealuminumextrusionprofile.Furtherresearchisneededtooptimizethecoolingprocessandimprovethequalityofaluminumextrusionprofiles.
