上海城乡社区建设差异性研究的中期报告【摘要】本报告对上海城乡社区建设差异性进行了系统研究，通过对城乡基础设施、社区治理、社区参与等方面的比较，揭示了城乡社区建设的差异性及其原因。结果表明，在城市化进程中，上海城乡社区建设存在着明显的差异性。具体来说，城市社区建设在基础设施、社区治理、社区参与等方面更为完善和先进，而农村社区则存在着较大的瓶颈和困难，一些地区甚至还没有建立起完善的社区基础设施。其中，产生这一差异性的原因主要有政府规划和投入的不同、城乡发展水平的不同、社区居民的文化水平和意识形态的不同等。针对这些问题，本报告提出了一些可行性的建议和措施，包括加强政府的规划和投入、提高农村社区居民的基础设施水平、加强社区参与和建设等。【关键词】城乡社区建设；差异性；比较研究；可行性建议【Abstract】Thisreportsystematicallystudiesthedifferencesinurban-ruralcommunityconstructioninShanghai,andrevealsthedifferencesandreasonsthroughcomparisonsofurban-ruralinfrastructure,communitygovernance,communityparticipation,etc.Theresultsshowthatintheprocessofurbanization,therearesignificantdifferencesinurban-ruralcommunityconstructioninShanghai.Specifically,urbancommunityconstructionismorecompleteandadvancedintermsofbasicinfrastructure,communitygovernance,communityparticipation,etc.,whileruralcommunitiesfacegreaterbottlenecksanddifficulties,andsomeareashavenotyetestablishedacompletecommunityinfrastructure.Themainreasonsforthisdifferencearethedifferentgovernmentplanningandinvestment,differentlevelsofurban-ruraldevelopment,anddifferentculturalandideologicallevelsofcommunityresidents.Inresponsetotheseissues,thisreportputsforwardsomefeasiblesuggestionsandmeasures,includingstrengtheninggovernmentplanningandinvestment,improvingthebasicinfrastructurelevelofruralcommunities,andstrengtheningcommunityparticipationandconstruction.【Keywords】urban-ruralcommunityconstruction;differences;comparativestudy;feasiblesuggestions
