价格听证制度现状与对策研究——以Q市为案例的中期报告摘要：价格听证制度作为一种公开透明的价格决策方式，在我国逐渐得到重视和推广。本文以Q市为案例，对价格听证制度的现状进行了调研和分析。研究发现，虽然该制度在Q市相对较为成熟，但在实施过程中仍存在一些问题和挑战，如听证程序需要优化、评审专家选拔需要更加规范、听证决策的执行力度需要加强等。为此，本文提出了相关对策，包括完善听证程序、加强专家评审的教育和培训、加强听证决策的执行力度等，以期为价格听证制度的推广和完善提供参考。关键词：价格听证、价格决策、公开透明、评审专家、实施问题、对策Abstract：Asanopenandtransparentwayofpricedecision-making,thepricehearingsystemhasgraduallybeenvaluedandpromotedinChina.ThispapertakesQcityasacasetoinvestigateandanalyzethecurrentsituationofthepricehearingsystem.ThestudyfoundthatalthoughthesystemisrelativelymatureinQcity,therearestillsomeproblemsandchallengesintheimplementationprocess,suchastheneedforoptimizationofthehearingprocedure,morestandardizedselectionofevaluationexperts,andtheneedforstrengtheningtheenforcementofhearingdecisions.Therefore,thispaperputsforwardrelevantcountermeasures,includingimprovingthehearingprocedure,strengtheningtheeducationandtrainingofevaluationexperts,andstrengtheningtheenforcementofhearingdecisions,soastoprovidereferenceforthepromotionandimprovementofthepricehearingsystem.Keywords:Pricehearing,Pricedecision-making,Openandtransparent,Evaluationexpert,Implementationproblem,Countermeasures.
