挪威大学留学个人的申请书Dear_,EversinceIhavehadtheabilitytounderstandit,IhavebeenfascinatedbytheEnglishlanguage.Asachild,Iwouldeitherbewriting,readingortellingstoriesandeversinethen,havereadawidevarietyofbothfictionandnon-fictiontextsfromavarietyofgenresanderas.Thispassionforlanguagehasledmetomanydifferentextra-curricularactivities.Forthepastfouryears,IhaveattendedaYouthTheatreeachweekwhereweconcentrateverymuchonbothimprovisedandscripteddramabutalsohavedoneworkonstagemanagement,stagemake-up,singing,andsignedsinging(aninterestwhichbegunwithmylearningofbothviolinanddoublebasstograde4standard).Withthissameorganisation,Ihavevolunteeredforthepastthreeyearsatoneofthechildren’sgroupswhereIworkhelpingwithdrama,musicandart.ItwaswiththissameorganisationthatIdecidedtolearnSignLanguage.IhaverecentlygainedmyBritishSignLanguageLevel1certificateandamnowbeginningaLevel2course.IbeganlearningSignLanguageatthesametimeasstartingmyA-LevelinEnglishLanguageandLiterature,acourseIhavefoundextremelyinteresting.TakingthesetwocoursesconcurrentlywasveryexcitingformeaslearningmoreaboutthelinguisticsoftheEnglishLanguageenabledmetomakecomparisonsbetweenthetwolanguages.TheseinterestshaveledmetothiscoursewhichInotonlyfeelsuitsmyneedsandinterestsaptly,butalsoexcitesmeinitscoursecontent.AlthoughI’veenjoyedallofmyA-LevelEnglishLanguageandLiteraturecoursebuthavefoundafewpartsofitparticularlyinteresting.IspecificallyenjoyedourcourseworktasksforourASLevelasitincludedwritingapieceoforiginalfiction,anaspectofEnglishwhichIhavealwaysenjoyed.IalsoenjoyedthetaskofperformingamonologueasIhavemissednotbeingabletostudydramaasasubject.Itrytofollowmyinterestsoutsideofschoolandsoattendawidevarietyoftheatreproductions,artexhibitions,musicalperformancesandsubjectrelatedlectures.Whenstudyingpsychologylastyear,Iattendedalargepsychologyconferencewithavarietyofspeakerswhichwasbothhelpfulandinteresting.LastyearIalsoattendedan‘artmasterclass’organisedwithMiddlesexUniversityandwithnineotherstudents,itgavemoreopportunityformoredetailedan
