促进老年人健康相关行为转变的传播模式研究的中期报告摘要：本文旨在研究促进老年人健康相关行为转变的传播模式。通过文献分析和实地调研，本研究发现了以下几个关键点：老年人的健康相关行为转变需要有效的传播渠道；传播渠道需要兼顾老年人的特点和需求；有效的传播模式需要采用多种传播手段并建立互动的沟通桥梁。针对以上发现，本研究提出了以下几个建议：一是建立老年人专属的健康教育平台；二是开展老年人团体活动，以提高人群参与度和归属感；三是利用社区网络，通过志愿者和社区机构开展信息传播；四是采用互动形式的健康教育活动，让老年人参与到自己健康管理的过程中。本研究还存在一些局限性，如样本选择有限，研究深度不够等，需要进一步扩大研究范围和加深研究深度。关键词：老年人，健康相关行为转变，传播模式，健康教育平台，社区网络Abstract:Theaimofthisstudyistoexplorethedisseminationmodelforpromotingelderlypeople'shealthybehaviorchanges.Throughliteraturereviewandfieldresearch,thisstudyfoundthefollowingkeypoints:elderlypeople'shealthybehaviorchangesrequireeffectivedisseminationchannels;thedisseminationchannelsneedtotakeintoaccountthecharacteristicsandneedsofelderlypeople;effectivedisseminationmodelsrequiretheuseofmultiplecommunicationmethodsandtheestablishmentofinteractivecommunicationbridges.Basedontheabovefindings,thisstudyproposesthefollowingrecommendations:firstly,theestablishmentofahealtheducationplatformforelderlypeople;secondly,theorganizationofgroupactivitiesforelderlypeopletoincreaseparticipationandsenseofbelonging;thirdly,theutilizationofcommunitynetworksforinformationdisseminationthroughvolunteersandcommunityorganizations;fourthly,theadoptionofinteractivehealtheducationactivitiestoenableelderlypeopletoparticipateintheprocessoftheirownhealthmanagement.Therearesomelimitationsinthisstudy,suchaslimitedsampleselectionandinsufficientresearchdepth,whichneedtobefurtherexpandedanddeepened.Keywords:elderlypeople,healthybehaviorchanges,disseminationmodel,healtheducationplatform,communitynetwork.
