摘要企业所得税制度的兴起始于欧美国家，尽管它的发展只有一百多年的历史，但是发展却十分迅猛，在促进了国际资本流动的同时迅速在世界上占领了重要地位。许多国家逐渐开始建立自己的企业所得税制度，试图在国际竞争者掌握主动权，建立起属于自己的优势。作为全球竞争中的一员，我们国家也不例外。根据历史记载，《所得税章程》的起草就是针对企业所得税的征收，并对征收内容做出了规定。1914年初颁布了《所得税条例》，这是在中华民国成立后，对企业所得税征收的完善和修改，但最终并未能施行。直到1936年10月1日后，国民政府颁布了《所得税暂行条例》并下定决心要开征，至此，我国企业所得税的开征历程终于拉开了帷幕。社会发展日新月异，企业所得税在我国的发展前后大致经历了五个阶段，每个阶段都充满着挑战与希望，都反映了那个时代的发展以及执政者的智慧。而如今，我国的企业税收领域正在不断完善和健全，尽管与国外的企业所得税征收机制相比仍然存在着某些缺陷，但是随着时间的变化，相信我国的企业所得税一定会越来越完善。本文主要阐述我国企业所得税改革的历程，从税制竞争力、税收优惠、企业税负、计算方法等方面分析我国企业所得税所存在的不足之处，并试图提出自己的一些想法和建议。关键词：企业所得税、税收优惠、企业税负、计算方法AbstractTheriseofthecorporateincometaxsystemstartedinEuropeanandAmericancountries.Althoughitsdevelopmenthasonlyahistoryofmorethan100years,ithasdevelopedveryrapidly.Whilepromotinginternationalcapitalflows,ithasquicklyoccupiedanimportantpositionintheworld.Manycountriesgraduallybegantoestablishtheirowncorporateincometaxsystem,tryingtoseizetheinitiativeamonginternationalcompetitorsandestablishtheirownadvantages.Asamemberofglobalcompetition,ourcountryisnoexception.Accordingtohistoricalrecords,thedraftingofthe"IncomeTaxCharter"wasaimedatthecollectionofcorporateincometaxandmadeprovisionsonthecontentofthecollection.Inearly1914,the"IncomeTaxRegulations"werepromulgated.ThiswasaftertheestablishmentoftheRepublicofChina,whichimprovedandrevisedthecollectionofcorporateincometax,butitwasnotimplementedintheend.UntilOctober1,1936,theNationalGovernmentpromulgatedthe"InterimRegulationsonIncomeTax"andmadeupitsmindtolevyit.Sofar,theprocessoflevyingcorporateincometaxinChinahasfinallybegun.Withtherapiddevelopmentofsociety,corporateincometaxexperiencedfivestagesbeforeandafterthedevelopmentofourcountry.Eachstageisfullofchallengesandhopes,anditreflectsthedevelopmentofthateraandthewisdomofthoseinpower.Nowadays,China'scorporatetaxationfieldisconstantlybeingimprovedandimproved.Althoughtherearestillsomedefectscomparedwiththeforeigncorporateincometaxcollectionmechanism,butwiththechangeoftime,IbelievethatChina'scorporateincometaxwillbemoreandmoreperfec
