ZrB2基陶瓷的水基凝胶浇注成型及强韧化研究的开题报告摘要ZrB2基陶瓷作为一种高性能材料，在航空航天、核工业等领域有广泛的应用。然而，由于其高硬度和脆性，其加工难度较大。因此，本文旨在探究ZrB2基陶瓷的水基凝胶浇注成型技术，并对其进行强韧化研究。首先，通过文献综述，介绍了ZrB2基陶瓷的性能特点、加工难度以及常见的成型方法。随后，针对水基凝胶浇注成型技术，提出了具体的研究内容和方案，并介绍了水基凝胶的制备方法、浇注成型流程及工艺参数优化的方法。最后，以温度、压力等条件为控制变量，对ZrB2基陶瓷的强韧性进行试验，并分析了其断裂机理和强化机理。本研究的成果，有望为提高ZrB2基陶瓷的加工效率和降低成本提供一定的参考。关键词：ZrB2基陶瓷；水基凝胶浇注成型；强韧化；断裂机理；强化机理AbstractZrB2-basedceramicsarewidelyusedinaerospace,nuclearindustryandotherfieldsbecauseoftheirhighperformance.However,duetotheirhighhardnessandbrittleness,theirprocessingisdifficult.Therefore,thispaperaimstoexplorethewater-basedgelcastingtechnologyofZrB2-basedceramicsandstudythetougheningofZrB2-basedceramics.Firstly,throughliteraturereview,theperformancecharacteristics,processingdifficultiesandcommonmoldingmethodsofZrB2-basedceramicsareintroduced.Then,specificresearchcontentandplanareproposedforwater-basedgelcastingtechnology,andthepreparationmethodofwater-basedgel,thecastingprocessandthemethodofprocessparameteroptimizationareintroduced.Finally,withtemperature,pressureandotherconditionsascontrolvariables,thetoughnessofZrB2-basedceramicsistested,andthefracturemechanismandstrengtheningmechanismareanalyzed.TheresultsofthisstudyareexpectedtoprovidereferenceforimprovingtheprocessingefficiencyandreducingthecostofZrB2-basedceramics.Keywords:ZrB2-basedceramics;water-basedgelcasting;toughening;fracturemechanism;strengtheningmechanism.
