92例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者的临床病例分析开题报告摘要：本研究旨在分析92例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者的临床病例，探讨该肿瘤的临床特征、诊断标准及治疗方法。研究方法为回顾性分析多个医疗机构中的患者病历资料，统计并分析患者的临床表现、影像学检查、病理分型和治疗情况等数据。研究结果显示交界性肿瘤在临床上易被误诊为良性或恶性肿瘤，其病理分型和分级对患者预后有很大影响，目前仍无明确的治疗标准，手术切除是主要治疗手段。因此，本研究的结果对于临床医生更好地认识和治疗交界性肿瘤具有重要意义。关键词：卵巢交界性肿瘤；临床表现；影像学；病理分型；治疗方法Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoanalyzetheclinicalcasesof92patientswithborderlineovariantumors,andexploretheclinicalfeatures,diagnosticcriteriaandtreatmentmethodsofthistumor.Theresearchmethodistoretrospectivelyanalyzethepatient'smedicalrecordsinmultiplemedicalinstitutions,andstatisticallyanalyzethepatient'sclinicalmanifestations,imagingexamination,pathologicalclassificationandtreatmentstatus.Theresultsshowedthatborderlinetumorsareoftenmisdiagnosedasbenignormalignanttumorsinclinicalpractice.Thepathologicalclassificationandgradinghaveasignificantimpactontheprognosisofpatients.Currently,thereisstillnocleartreatmentstandard,andsurgicalresectionisthemaintreatmentmethod.Therefore,theresultsofthisstudyareofgreatsignificanceforclinicaldoctorstobetterunderstandandtreatborderlinetumor.Keywords:borderlineovariantumor;clinicalmanifestations;imagingexamination;pathologicalclassification;treatmentmethod
