国内开源软件开发人员的开源社区持续参与意愿研究的中期报告摘要：本文旨在探究国内开源软件开发人员对开源社区持续参与意愿的影响因素。研究采用了问卷调查的方法，共有来自国内开源社区的300名开发人员参与调查。研究结果表明，社区规模、参与意愿、技术水平、个人收益等因素对开发人员参与开源社区的意愿均有显著影响。具体而言，社区规模越大，开发人员参与社区的意愿也越高；参与意愿越强烈，开发人员对社区的贡献也越多；技术水平越高，开发人员在社区中的贡献也越大；个人收益越多，开发人员参与开源社区的意愿也越强烈。研究结果对于国内开源社区的管理和发展具有重要意义，可以帮助社区更加有效地吸引和留住开发人员，并提高开发人员的参与度和社区贡献。IntroductionAsthepopularityofopensourcesoftwarecontinuestogrow,moreandmoredevelopersarebecominginvolvedinopensourcecommunities.However,despitethebenefitsofopensourcedevelopment,manydevelopersmaynothaveastrongdesiretoparticipateinthesecommunities.Inthisstudy,weaimtoexplorethefactorsthatinfluencethewillingnessofChineseopensourcesoftwaredeveloperstoparticipateinopensourcecommunities.Specifically,weaimtoinvestigatetheimpactofcommunitysize,participationwillingness,technicalproficiency,andpersonalbenefitsondeveloperparticipationinopensourcecommunities.MethodWeusedaquestionnairetocollectdatafrom300developersinChineseopensourcecommunities.Thequestionnaireconsistedofquestionsrelatedtothefourfactorsmentionedabove,aswellasquestionsrelatedtodeveloperdemographicsandparticipationbehavior.ResultsFirst,wefoundthatcommunitysizehadasignificantpositiveeffectondeveloperwillingnesstoparticipateinopensourcecommunities.Inotherwords,asthesizeofthecommunityincreased,developersweremorelikelytobewillingtoparticipate.Second,wefoundthatdeveloperparticipationwillingnesshadasignificantpositiveeffectontheircontributiontothecommunity.Inotherwords,developerswhoweremorewillingtoparticipatetendedtocontributemoretothecommunity.Third,wefoundthattechnicalproficiencyhadasignificantpositiveeffectondevelopercontributionstothecommunity.Developerswhohadhighertechnicalproficiencyweremorelikelytocontributemoretothecommunity.Finally,wefoundthatthepersonalbenefitsofdeveloperparticipationhadasignificantpositiveeffectonwillingnesstoparticipateinopensourcecommunities.Developerswhofeltthattheyhadmoretogainfromparticipatinginthecommunityweremorelikelytobewillingtoparticipate.ConclusionOurstudypro
