上市公司非财务信息披露问题研究的中期报告摘要本研究以上市公司的非财务信息披露为研究对象，通过文献研究和实证分析的方法，探讨了上市公司在非财务信息披露方面存在的问题及其影响因素，并提出了相应的对策建议。研究发现，上市公司在非财务信息披露方面存在缺乏透明度、信息不准确、信息延迟、信息不全面等问题，这些问题主要来自于公司治理结构的缺陷、监管缺陷、市场机制的不完善等因素。针对这些问题，本研究提出了建立完善的公司治理结构、加强监管力度、完善市场机制、强化投资者教育等对策建议，以提高上市公司在非财务信息披露方面的质量和透明度。关键词：上市公司；非财务信息披露；问题；影响因素；对策建议AbstractThisstudyfocusesonthenon-financialinformationdisclosureoflistedcompanies,byusingliteratureresearchandempiricalanalysismethods,weinvestigatetheproblemsandinfluencingfactorsofnon-financialinformationdisclosureoflistedcompanies,andputforwardcorrespondingcountermeasures.Wefindthatlistedcompanieshaveproblemsinlackoftransparency,inaccurateinformation,delayedinformation,andincompleteinformationinnon-financialinformationdisclosure,whichmainlycomefromthedefectsofcorporategovernancestructure,regulatoryloopholes,andimperfectmarketmechanisms.Basedontheseproblems,thisstudyproposesmeasurestoestablishasoundcorporategovernancestructure,strengthensupervision,improvemarketmechanisms,andenhanceinvestoreducation,etc.,toimprovethequalityandtransparencyofnon-financialinformationdisclosureoflistedcompanies.Keywords:listedcompanies;non-financialinformationdisclosure;problems;influencingfactors;countermeasures.
