地方政府科技规划方法研究的中期报告【摘要】本文从地方政府科技规划方法的研究方向、选题依据、研究目的与意义、研究进展与成果四个方面进行了中期报告。首先，研究方向明确为地方政府科技规划方法，目的为探讨地方政府科技规划的方法和理论基础，提高地方政府科技规划的科学性和有效性。其次，选题依据为中国科技发展中的地方政府的作用越来越重要，地方政府科技规划的质量和科学性将关系到地方经济和科技发展。第三，研究的目的是通过对比、分析、整合现有研究成果，形成自己的理论框架，并进行实证分析和改善。最后，研究进展已完成文献综述、研究方法论等基础工作，开始进行实证分析和理论框架的搭建。【关键词】地方政府、科技规划、方法、研究进展、中期报告【Abstract】Thispaperpresentsamidtermreportontheresearchofmethodsforlocalgovernmenttechnologyplanning,coveringfouraspects:researchdirection,rationale,objectivesandsignificance,researchprogressandachievements.Firstly,theresearchdirectionisdefinedasthemethodsforlocalgovernmenttechnologyplanning,aimingtoexplorethemethodsandtheoreticalbasisforlocalgovernmenttechnologyplanning,andtoimproveitsscientificityandeffectiveness.Secondly,theresearchisbasedontheincreasingroleoflocalgovernmentinChinesescientificandtechnologicaldevelopment,andthequalityandscientificityoflocalgovernmenttechnologyplanningwillaffectthelocaleconomicandtechnologicaldevelopment.Thirdly,theresearchaimstoformitsowntheoreticalframeworkthroughcomparativeanalysis,integrationofexistingresearchresults,empiricalanalysis,andimprovement.Finally,theresearchprogresshascompletedtheliteraturereview,researchmethods,andotherbasicwork,andstartedempiricalanalysisandconstructionoftheoreticalframework.【Keywords】localgovernment,technologyplanning,methods,researchprogress,midtermreport
