哈尔滨工业大学工学博士学位论文哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业设计(论文)摘要近年来全国各地的雾霾问题日渐严重,粗犷经济发展模式在我国已经行不通。新能源、可再生能源开发利用和节能减排是我国基本国策。热泵是能够将低品位热能转换为高品味热能的装置,从而实现工业废热的再利用,不仅节能更可以提高能源的利用率,所以热泵装置的开发利用,符合我国目前经济发展状况和环境状况。热泵分类中水源蒸汽压缩式热泵是比较常用的形式,具有热源分布广,结构简单,初投资少,不污染水源等特点。本文主要进行炼钢厂冷却水水源热泵的设计,经过分析国内外实例及经济性分析比较后,最后确定了开启式单螺杆热泵机组的研究方案,并在热源提取上进行创新,解决了炼钢厂冷却水降温后结渣堵塞换热器的难题。所以此方案兼具可靠性和经济性。本设计先对系统工作原理进行阐述,并进行方案论证。确定方案后进行系统的热力计算,由热力计算的结果对系统蒸发器和冷凝器进行设计计算,并得出所需压缩机的参数,然后进行压缩机选型。最后还对系统的其他零部件进行选型,其中包括真空泵,轴流风机,膨胀阀及油过滤器。最后还完成了系统流程图,蒸发器,冷凝器以及中间换热器的装备图。关键词:热泵机组;冷凝器;蒸发器AbstractInrecentyears,hazeincreasinglyseriousproblemacrossthecountry,theroughmodelofeconomicdevelopmentinChinahasnotfeasible.Newenergy,renewableenergydevelopmentandutilizationandenergyconservationisChina'sbasicnationalpolicy.Heatpumpsareabletoconvertlow-gradeheatenergymeanshightaste,enablingre-useofindustrialwaste,notonlyenergybutalsoimproveenergyefficiency,sothedevelopmentofaheatpumpunit,inlinewiththecurrenteconomicdevelopmentandenvironmentalconditionsinChina.Classificationofwatervaporcompressionheatpumpheatpumpisarelativelycommonform,hasawideheatdistribution,simplestructure,lowinitialinvestment,donotpollutethewaterandsoon.Thispapermainlysteelplantcoolingwatersourceheatpumpdesign,throughanalysisofexamplesandcomparativeeconomicanalysisofthedomesticandforeign,thefinalizationoftheopen-typesinglescrewpumpunitsresearchprogramsandinnovationintheheatextractiontosolvethesteelaftercoolingplantcoolingwaterheatexchangercloggingslaggingproblems.Sothisprogrambothreliabilityandeconomy.Afterdeterminingprogramofthermodynamiccalculationsystem,theresultscalculatedbytheheatofthesystemevaporatorandcondenserdesigncalculationsanddrawtherequiredparametersofthecompressor,thenthecompressorselection.Finally,otherpartsofthesystemforselection,includingvacuumpumps,axialfan,expansionvalveandoilfilter.Finally,tocompletethesystemflowchart,anevaporator,acondenserandanintermediateheatexchangerequipmentFig.Keyword:heatpump,condenser,evaporator目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_
