高等教育个人投资收益率研究--基于上海地区的实证分析的开题报告摘要：近年来，高等教育投资成为公众议题的焦点。在中国，高等教育市场快速发展，就读大学成为大部分高中学生的首选。然而，教育费用的飞速增长以及毕业后就业难、薪资低等问题一直困扰着家长和学生。因此，本文选择上海地区为研究对象，通过实证分析高等教育的个人投资收益率，以期帮助家长、学生以及社会大众更加理性地选择高等教育路径。本文首先介绍高等教育的投资理论，阐述高等教育的个人投资收益率的构成要素及其影响因素，并综述国内外相关研究成果。然后，本文以上海地区为样本，引入回归模型进行实证分析。具体来说，本文将跨学科类型、就业单位类型、薪资水平、职业发展等因素作为解释变量，以毕业后月收入作为被解释变量，讨论其对高等教育的个人投资收益率的影响。最后，根据实证结果，本文提出了针对上海地区高等教育的个人投资决策建议，以及对高等教育政策的启示。关键词：高等教育、个人投资收益率、回归分析、上海地区Abstract:Inrecentyears,investmentinhighereducationhasbecomeafocusofpublicconcern.InChina,thehighereducationmarketisdevelopingrapidly,andattendinguniversityhasbecomethefirstchoiceformosthighschoolstudents.However,thefast-growingtuitionfeesandproblemssuchasdifficultemploymentandlowsalariesaftergraduationhavealwaystroubledparentsandstudents.Therefore,thispaperchoosesShanghaiastheresearchobjecttoempiricallyanalyzethepersonalinvestmentreturnrateofhighereducation,inordertohelpparents,studentsandthegeneralpublictochoosethepathofhighereducationmorerationally.Thispaperfirstintroducestheinvestmenttheoryofhighereducation,elaboratesontheconstituentelementsandinfluencingfactorsofthepersonalinvestmentreturnrateofhighereducation,andsummarizestherelevantresearchresultsathomeandabroad.Then,takingShanghaiasthesample,thispaperintroducestheregressionmodelforempiricalanalysis.Specifically,thispapertakesfactorssuchasinterdisciplinarytypes,employmentunittypes,salarylevels,andcareerdevelopmentasexplanatoryvariables,andusesmonthlyincomeaftergraduationasthedependentvariabletodiscusstheirimpactonthepersonalinvestmentreturnrateofhighereducation.Finally,basedontheempiricalresults,thispaperputsforwardpersonalinvestmentdecision-makingsuggestionsforhighereducationinShanghai,aswellasinspirationsforhighereducationpolicies.Keywords:highereducation,personalinvestmentreturnrate,regressionanalysis,Shanghai
