PAS综合疗法对兔动脉粥样硬化的干预的中期报告【摘要】目的：探讨PAS综合疗法对兔动脉粥样硬化的干预效果。方法：将12只新西兰大白兔随机分为2组，每组6只。对照组给予普通饲料，干预组给予PAS综合疗法干预。干预期为8周，干预结束后，取兔子主动脉进行病理学检测，检测指标包括血管内皮细胞层，中膜厚度，血管平滑肌细胞层和斑块面积等。结果：与对照组相比，干预组的血管内皮细胞层较厚，血管平滑肌细胞层和中膜厚度较薄，斑块面积也较小。结论：PAS综合疗法对兔动脉粥样硬化有一定的干预效果，可以减轻病变程度，有助于保护动脉健康。【关键词】PAS综合疗法；兔动脉粥样硬化；中期报告；干预效果【Abstract】Objective:ToinvestigatetheinterventioneffectofPAScomprehensivetherapyonrabbitatherosclerosis.Methods:TwelveNewZealandwhiterabbitswererandomlydividedintotwogroups,eachwithsix.Thecontrolgroupwasgivennormalfeed,andtheinterventiongroupwasgivenPAScomprehensivetherapy.Theinterventionperiodwas8weeks.Aftertheintervention,themainarteryoftherabbitswastakenforpathologicalexamination.Thedetectionindexincludedendothelialcelllayer,medialthickness,vascularsmoothmusclecelllayerandplaquearea.Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theendothelialcelllayeroftheinterventiongroupwasthicker,thevascularsmoothmusclecelllayerandmedialthicknesswerethinner,andtheplaqueareawassmaller.Conclusion:PAScomprehensivetherapyhasacertaininterventioneffectonrabbitatherosclerosis,whichcanreducethedegreeoflesionandhelpprotectarterialhealth.【Keywords】PAScomprehensivetherapy;rabbitatherosclerosis;mid-termreport;interventioneffect
